Stamping industry is the basic industry in mechanical manufacturing.There is high energy consumption and energy waste in stamping process.Reducing the energy consumption of the stamping process is of great significance to the realization of the green manufacturing in the stamping industry.The workshop scheduling scheme has an impact on the production efficiency and energy consumption of the enterprise.The energy saving of the workshop layer can be realized by the rational selection of processing equipment.In this paper,the energy consumption optimization problems of the static and dynamic scheduling in the stamping shop are studied around the scheduling objectives of optimization of the energy consumption in the stamping workshop.The main research work is as follows:(1)The theory of shop scheduling is expounded,and the classification and solving methods of job shop scheduling are also introduced.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the stamping workshop,the components of energy consumption during the stamping process are determined,and the energy model of the stamping shop scheduling is established.(2)The energy consumption optimization problem of static scheduling in the stamping shop is studied.Firstly,combined with the scheduling objective of traditional completion time,a static scheduling model for stamping workshop is established on the basis of minimizing the completion time and the total energy consumption of the workshop.Then we adopt the annealing algorithm of the simulated annealing algorithm in the classic genetic algorithm,and design corresponding genetic simulated annealing algorithm,and verify the superiority of the algorithm through analysis and comparison case.Finally an example calculation is verified the validity of the model by comparing the optimization scheduling with traditional scheduling and scheduling without considering transportation energy consumption.(3)The stamping workshop dynamic scheduling model with energy consumption optimization is discussed based on the static scheduling research.Firstly,by the rolling window technology,genetic-simulated annealing algorithm is considered to study the stamping workshop problem with unexpected events,such as job insertion and machine failure.Finally,the feasibility of the dynamic scheduling strategy is verified by an example.
