In this study,a new hydrogel photonic crystal sensor has been developed based on the combination of the sensing mechanism of hydrogel photonic crystal?HPC?and molecular self-assembly technique.In view of the environmental sensitivity and optical properties of the intelligent hydrogel photonic crystals,the formation process of self-assembly system based on the interaction of coordination can be observed by monitoring the wavelength shift of the Bragg diffraction peaks using a fiber optic spectrometer,so as to realize an online detection and analysis of self-assembled amino acids.The main contents included in the study are as below.1.The polystyrene photonic crystal template is obtained by vertical deposition method firstly,and the imidazole-immobilized hydrogel photonic crystal?HPC?is synthesized after optimizing the amount of each component in the hydrogel precursor solution.The effects of the content of imidazole and pH of the solution etc.on the Bragg diffraction peaks during the molecular self-assembly process are investigated.It is found that the imidazole/Cu2+ binary self-assembly system has good responsiveness to L-His when imidazole is 1.35 mol%,pH is 6.5 and the concentration of Cu2+ is 1.0?10-5 mol·L-1.A functional relationship is found between the wavelength shift????of the Bragg diffraction peak of HPC and the concentration?c?of L-His in the ternary(imidazole/Cu2+/L-His)self-assembly system,which is ??=8logc+84 when L-His ranging from 1.0?10-10 mol·L-1 to 1.0?10-4 mol·L-1.2.The binary(imidazole/Cd2+)and ternary(imidazole/Cd2+/L-Cys)self-assembly system of HPC are also built for L-Cys detection.The binary self-assembled system is formed under the condition of pH 6.0 and 1.0?10-4 mol·L-1 Cd2+.A functional relationship is found between the wavelength shift????of the Bragg diffraction peak of HPC and the concentration?c?of L-Cys in the ternary(imidazole/Cd2+/L-Cys)self-assembly system,which is ??=7 logc+76 when L-Cys ranging from 1.0?10-9 mol·L-1 to 1.0?10-4 mol·L-1.
