China's urban construction is rapid,surface water resources can not meet the growing demand for water,nearly 70% of urban water supply from groundwater,China's groundwater over-extraction problem is very serious,due to over-exploitation problems are more and more,but the groundwater problem In the past but the lack of people's attention.In recent years,China began to specialize in the regulation of groundwater,the most stringent water resources management system implemented in 2012 clearly put forward "double control policy" for groundwater-water level control and total water use control.In this paper,the groundwater exploitation in North China Plain is huge.In this paper,the eastern part of Handan City,Hebei Province,which is a serious groundwater problem,is selected as the research area,and the groundwater numerical simulation of the eastern plain area of Handan City is carried out.This paper explores the possibility of digitizing supervision and management of groundwater system in large area with administrative divisions as the boundary.The groundwater management model of groundwater supermining area management and the establishment of water quality and water supply are preliminarily studied.Based on the study of the geological and hydrogeological conditions,the groundwater flow field and the complement,the diameter and the row relationship in the plain area of Handan City,the dynamic characteristics of the groundwater in the simulated period(2001-2010)were analyzed,and the water balance was calculated.7.1313 billion m3,the excretion of 8.9651 billion m3,the water balance difference of 1.8338 billion m3,the amount of excretion accounted for 79.55% of the amount of water to determine the partition and hydrogeological division of Handan City,the partition of the discretization,hydrogeology The groundwater concept model and the groundwater numerical model in the eastern plain area of Handan City were established,and the MODFLOW module of GMS software was used to solve the boundary conditions.The results of the model are verified and analyzed by adjusting the hydrogeological parameters so that the model accuracy can meet the requirements and fit with the flow field and the observation curve.According to the simulation results,the dynamic changes of groundwater during the simulation period are analyzed,and the formation process of groundwater drop funnel in Guangping County,Cheng'an County and Linzhang County is simulated.According to the result of water balance calculation,the recharge amount of the study area is about 80% of the amount of excretion,and the model is used to predict 20% of the groundwater system to achieve the compensation and 30% The change of groundwater level in the study area after 10 years is compared with that of the drainage system,and the effect of different pressure mining scheme is compared and analyzed qualitatively.The trend of water level change in the funnel center of Feixiang County and Wei County is analyzed qualitatively.District groundwater management and protection and over-mining area to provide rationalization recommendations.
