Wellhead safety control system is a kind of important equipment applied in offshore oil platform,which provides hydraulic power for safety valve on christmas tree.The system can open and close wells and shut in the wells automatically when the fire and other accidents appeared.Wellhead safety control system,which solves the problems of safety,health and environmental protection in the operation of offshore platform in technical means.Wellhead safety control system is an important guarantee for the safe production of oil and gas fields.At present,the research on wellhead safety control system is still in the initial stage.In the paper,the design method of wellhead safety control system was studied,the existing problems of the current products was solved.The major researches were completed as follows in the paper.Firstly,the control requirement is analyzed in detail,the control logic is sorted out.Referring to the design experience of the domestic and foreign manufacturers in this area,the gas-liquid control circuit was redesigned.The problem such as logic confusion and false alarm was solved.The omission of explosion or decreasing in production was prevented.Secondly,reliability is one of the problems to be solved in the design of the control system.The drilling data was calculated to make the panel more matched to the actual condition.The experimental report showed that the panel was more accordance with the actual conditions.The problem of power shortage was avoided.Thirdly,excellent quality is the embodiment of the manufacturing level of mechanical products,and is also the key factor in the market competition.Because of the complicated structure,the high level of integration of hydraulic pipelines,the processing of the pipe is dependent on the artificial experience.Software was used instead of manual measurement.The structure was optimized by using the finite element analysis,and the strength of the equipment was improved.The idea of the human body engineering was integrated to make the equipment more comfortable.Importing series parts when assembly the panel.A series of problems in production and processing was solved.The quality of the product was improved.
