| During the process of drilling for oil in,accompanied by a large number of natural gas,and in most cases it will be emitted into the atmosphere.In order to save resources and prevent from polluting the environment,recycling enterprises of natural gas in our country introduced advanced-devices prizing equipment from foreign country to recover natural gas,but we are not proficient in it,and the safety management is not perfect,and we are powerless in the face of the frequent accidents,Safety training for enterprise in the past has not been established in hazard identification system on the base of the production process,so the safety training can not make enterprise staff to accept knowledge job safety risk management and strong comprehensive.Therefore relying on the past experience of safety education training and management has exposed many shortcomings.Apply the advanced safety management methods at home and abroad,investigate the spot,introduce by experienced personnel,choose appropriate hazard identification methods,systemically identify security risks in the station,evaluate the identification results,determine its acceptability,and then work out the corresponding control measures,set up a security risk control information database,and carries on the dynamic management and update,ensure that the database content and the enterprise can develop synchronously.Based on security risk control information database,develop corresponding safety control tools for training.Safety production training as an important part of safety management,analyze safety risk control training needs of enterprise jobs,make all kinds of training courses,develop test exam question bank,utilize information technology for developing training and examination information system,train staff systemically,update the system dynamically and maintain the system,ensure the safety risk information update,and then improve the level of enterprise security management. |
