China is one of these minority countries that mainly powered by coal.During the burning process of coal a huge amount of NOX were discharged into the air and it is the mainly source of atmospheric pollution.Scientists have proved that oxynitride(NOX)still remains activated after a long distance of diffusion and it can combine with oxygen and aqueous vapor in the air and then form acid rain and haze.NOX has a abominable influence on both human activities and natural environment.This paper developed a set of exterior falling film denitrification equipment.The structure of liquid-rotating equipment has also been studied.The six spiral grooves on the surface of liquid-rotating equipment have made the shape of velocity distribution of absorption liquid looks like fan,which improved the distribution of absorption liquid on the exterior surface of the vertical pipe.The current of liquid won't be bias.Meanwhile the six spiral could enhance the impact of the liquid to exterior surface and eliminate effusion phenomenon.The spiral grooves could also increase the relative velocity between the liquid and the exterior surface.,thinning the thickness of liquid film which made the better contact between the liquid and the gas.The spiral can speedup the update of liquid film,the element liquid could mix completely and improve the mass transfer coefficient.Besides the relationship between thickness of liquid film and the clearance,the velocity of liquid film at different times have also be simulated.Result shows that when the clearance is between 1.3~2mm,the thickness of liquid film was kept between 0.5~1.2mm.Meanwhile,the greater the velocity is,the shorter the stable time of liquid film is.The absorption liquid consist of NaOH and KMnO4 and flow method is exterior falling flow.Using this set of equipment to simulate the process of denitrification.Residence time,NOX initial concentration,absorbing liquid temperature,NaOH and KMnO4 concentration were investigated.The result showed that as the residence time getting longer,the absorption liquid concentration getting stronger,the denitrification efficiency getting better;as absorbing liquid temperature getting higher,the denitrification efficiency getting worse.Gas denitrification process at low now is immature both at home and abroad.This paper provided academic basis for such industry process.A solid foundation wasmade for the design of gas denitrification equipment.And also this work made beneficial reference for absorption of similar gas.
