At present,according to the current investigation about the special welding machine,it reveals that the welding machine has practical application value and is currently very popular in the field.Furthermore,the machine has been in short supply and has great research value in our country.Small current welding belongs to this kind of welding machine,it can be welded in the lowest 6A and splash minimum,and is of some practical value.Currently,this kind of machine is very lacking in the market and has certain market prospects.As the growth of market economy,the survival of the fittest will become the inevitable trend of the development of welding industry structure adjustment.From the view of the development of welding technology,the future welding machine should be developed in the direction of high efficiency and energy saving.In order to meet the requirements of high efficiency,low cost and small current welding and satisfy the low voltage,high current and high power performance,the design adopts the bridge converter as the main circuit topology,through the detailed analysis of the basic topology,such as full bridge and half bridge.The main circuit topology is also a high frequency inverter circuit composed of a plurality of MOSFET tubes and can achieve adjustable output DC through the transformer,rectifier diodes and other components.This design we use is the voltage and current double closed loop structure to realize the output current,and it is adjustable and stable.The paper introduces the circuit design,detailed calculation of the parameters and the power of the original model selection,etc.Meanwhile,This paper also analyzes the working principle of the control circuit,protection circuit,auxiliary power supply and the design of the main parameters.On the basis of these,this paper designs and makes a manual arc welding machine.Finally,the design carries out a series of tests on the manual arc weldingmachine,and obtains practical data.The results of the test data basically meet the requirements of the welding machine design,and performance indicators are also in line with the requirements.The loading efficiency is as high as 85%,and the welding current is up to 6A,and the spatter is very small.Meanwhile,the design of the whole circuit is small and light.
