Polyurethane is a kind of multipurpose synthetic resin.Polyurethane slurry have a lot of advantages,for example its oil resistance,abrasion resistance,soft,high mechanical strength and so on,these advantages make it used widely,but it also has a series of disadvantages,such as its flammable,at the same time producing gas and smoke,these shortcomings makes it has certain restrictions in some areas,such as construction,decoration,fabric,etc.leading to the affect the demand directly.In view of the defect of polyurethane flammable,explore and find out a kind of flame retardant and it can prevent polyurethane burning effectively.This is also the purpose of this thesis.In the aspect of structure hyperbranched polymer has three dimensional network structure,and branched highly and its internal a lot of cavity and hydrogen bond,which makes part of inorganic and organic small molecules can enter;In the end,the end of hyperbranched polymer has a lot of activity groups,it is a good condition that can apply to the modification,endowing them more excellent and special properties.Because of hyperbranched polymer with novel structure,unique properties and potential application prospects,promote the development of hyperbranched polymer application greatly.The main work of this paper:1.The synthesis and characterization of Phosphorus Hyperbranched Flame RetardantAB2 monomer was prepared from trimellitic anhydride and diisopropyl amine,and use cyanuric acid as the core molecular.At the same time by controlling the nuclear molecular and AB2 monomer molar ratio to synthesis of the second generation,the third and fourth generation of hyperbranched polyamide-ester.On the basis of research results,the end of hyperbranched polymer is modified,choosing the appropriate phosphorylation agent,generated a new type of phosphorous hyperbranched polymers,using potentiometric titration to determine the reaction conversion rate,determine the best reaction ratio of phosphorylation;The strcture of hyperbranched polymer-ester were characterized by the test methods such as infrared spectrum,hydroxyl value determination.By analyzing the test results of synthetic product structure is complete.2.Synthesis and properties test of flame retardant polyurethane slurryFlame retardant polyurethane slurry were synthesized by poly tetramethylene ether glycol(PTMG-2000),MDI and flame retardant,in this article discusses the sold FRC-6 flame retardant and different algebra of phosphorus flame retardant effect to polyurethane slurry respectively.Then make a series of synthesis of flame retardant polyurethane slurry,such as oxygen index test,vertical burning test and mechanical properties test,solvent resistance,hydrolysis resistance and high temperature resistance.Analysis test results show that the join of FRC-6 flame retardants can improve the flame retardant properties of the polyurethane slurry,make its oxygen index reached 27%,becoming flame retardant materials;The vertical combustion grade UL94-V level V-2;But its mechanical properties reduced,and improved hydrolysis resistance,at the same times reduced the heat resistance of polyurethane slurry.The flame retardant performance to polyurethane slurry,different algebra of phosphorus flame retardant is better than FRC-6 flame retardants,it further improved its flame retardant properties,and the extent of the mechanical properties of less than FRC-6 flame retardants,in terms of hydrolysis resistance have a more significant increase than FRC-6 flame retardants;Phosphorus of hyperbranched polymer also reduces the high temperature resistance of polyurethane slurry,but reduce size smaller than FRC-6 flame retardants.Comprehensive results can be concluded that phosphorous hyperbranched polymers can be applied in polyurethane slurry flame retardant,and flame retardant effect is better than commercially available FRC-6 flame retardants.
