This paper expounds the research progress of rhodium catalyst of homogeneous olefin hydrogen formylation,especially in the production process of low-pressure carbonyl synthesis of 2-ethyl hexanol catalyst.In addition,the deactivation mechanism of rhodium catalysts,under the condition of different deactivation of catalyst regeneration and recycling of precious metal rhodium were discussed.Papers on the deactivation catalyst and the activity of the catalyst were infrared spectrum and nuclear magnetic phosphorus spectrum characterization,the analysis of the spectra obtained proves that carbonyl rhodium catalyst deactivation reason is catalyst under the condition of OXO reaction into three or four nuclear rhodium atomic cluster compounds.Separation by HPLC-MS and HPLC-MS structure confirmation test method,studied the activity of the catalyst and the deactivation of the catalyst solution component separation and composition of the structure of the preliminary analysis,proves that the deactivation of the carbonyl rhodium catalyst activity than rhodium catalysts containing more of the EPA and PDPP inhibitor.For propargyl alcohol and other alkynyl compounds react with rhodium cluster mechanism of the fact that it is not clear,in order to meet the hydrogen formyl production conditions and catalyst cycle operating conditions in the process of catalyst conversion mechanism between each form,we synthesized a series of alkynyl imidazole ionic liquids.We recycle from the deactivation of waste rhodium fluid out of rhodium catalysts,on the infrared characterization,proves the rhodium catalyst synthesis.
