Catalyst-free Alkene With Sulfonyl Hydrazides For The Synthesis Of 3-sulfone Compounds In Water

Hydrazine contains a hydrazine based functional group,so it can be used as a reducing agent in organic synthesis,and it can be used as the source of the sulfone group.Sulfone group compounds are an important class of bioactive substances in the field of medicine and pesticide,and the compounds have broad-spectrum biological activity.nitrile compounds possess a pretty useful organic reactive site,and carbon and nitrogen triple bond of nitrile compounds can be easily converted to amides and esters,amines,imines,heterocyclic compounds and other organic compounds.Sulfur ether is obtained from the reaction of mercaptan or thioether with chlorinated hydrocarbon,and the thioether are adopted be oxidized to obtain sulfone compounds.The synthesis methods of 3-sulfone nitrile compounds are rare and most of them need to be synthesized by multi-step method.Through the study,we found a new method,one step method to synthesize 3-sulfone nitrile compounds.And the use of this idea to study the synthesis of alcohols,acids,acrylamide,and P-nitro styrene and so on.In air atmosphere,the reaction was carried out the t=10 h and the feed ratio of 1:2(2~5),and the reaction temperature was affected by steric hindrance.Experiments show that the acrylonitrile reaction temperature T=80 ?,With the increase of steric hindrance,the higher the reaction temperature.The reaction solvent is water,which green and pollution-free,and does not involve any catalyst,ligand,additive or organic reagent,and no by-product is generated.Meet the requirements of sustainable green chemistry,mild conditions.The mechanism was verified and a free radical mechanism was put forward.Study on aryl sulfonyl hydrazide and allyl alcohol,aryl sulfonyl hydrazide and enol compounds with 1:2(2~5)of the feed ratio of feeding,reaction time t=11 h,reaction temperature T=80 ?,the solvent is water,the extraction yield can be more than 70%.Study on aryl sulfonyl hydrazide and acrylic acid,aryl sulfonyl hydrazide and enol compounds with 1:2(2~5)of the feed ratio of feeding,reaction time t=10 h,reaction temperature T=80 ?,the solvent is water,the extraction yield can be more than 60%.The conditions of the reaction between aryl sulfonyl hydrazine and acrylamide were mild and the yield was as high as 87%.The results showed that the ratio of the reaction was about 1:1,which was obtained by the reaction of styrene to styrene with.It is of great significance to the improvement of the medical intermediates.In the aqueous phase and catalyst free,the synthesis of 3-sulfone sulfonyl compounds is of great significance to the synthesis of sulfone compounds,and to promote the development of sulfone containing pharmaceutical intermediates.
