Compared with the traditional water-cooled and a ir-cooledheat exchangers,evaporative air condensers or coolers has m any advantages,such as com pact structure,small usage of ground area,high he at transfer efficiency,water-saved and stable operation.They have broad application prospects in the petrochemical industry,power plants,metallurgy and other industries.The research on the Petrochina Daqing Petr ochemical Company Chemical Plant No.1 E1 device of EH-353 B air co oler transformation projects,through the heat dissipation capability of checking the equipm ent,obtained the dif ference before rebuilding the air cooler and after the tran sformation of surface ev aporative air cooler heat exchange ability,provide the basis for the reasonable selec tion in sim ilar environments and structure optimization of air cooler the cooling system of the chemical industry,which has great engineering application value.This topic mainly completed the following tasks:Comparison of fixed tube sheet heat-excha nger,and the heat transfer principle and structure of the condenser before and after the transformation of E1 EH-353 B.Analysis of their respective advantages and disadvantages.According to the air cooler heat transfer theory,established the m athematical model of dry type air cooler and dry and wet air cooler.Through the analysis of the m athematical model,design of the prototype of EH-353 4# air cooled calibrationplan.Original EH-353 B production capacity cons traints.Mainly in the air cooling refrigeration capacity is insufficient;the spray water consumption,and can not be recovered,impact assessment device environ mental impact;high eq uipment maintenance cost,after the completion of the transformation,whether to collect the production data and comparison to solve the above problems.Combined with production summary surface evaporation air cooler daily m aintenance precautions.
