With the land of oil resources gradually exhausted,forcing the oil industry into the ocean era,and in turn increase in marine natural environment even worse and the depth of the drilling conditions,safety and economy of the drilling operation is very important.The disc type brake disc brake torque due to its large,easy to operate,safe and reliable braking,high sensitivity,convenient maintenance and other advantages,both at home and abroad has been widely used in petroleum drilling,especially in deep and ultra deep drilling rigs.Because the ocean rig braking disc working environment is complex,high temperature,under high temperature oxidation,abrasion and failure form of electrochemical corrosion,if not repaired,braking disc will face the risk of failure,pose a huge threat to the safety of offshore drilling platform and staff.This paper through the wear test,abrasion resistance of offshore drilling rig disc brake disc,using high pressure and high temperature corrosion test,high temperature corrosion resistance of offshore drilling rig disc brake disc matrix,using polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,electrochemical performance of offshore drilling rig brake disc matrix,abrasion mechanism of braking disc on offshore drilling rig.In this thesis,hardfacing coating was prepared by overlaying welding technology,and thermal spraying ceramic coating was prepared by plasma arc spraying.The brush plating of Ni-P alloy was prepared by brush plating technology.The microhardness tester of hardfacing coating,ceramic coating,brush plating Ni-P alloy coating was studied by hardness test,friction and wear machine samples on wear resistance of hardfacing coating,ceramic coating,brush plating Ni-P coatings.The corrosion resistance of hardfacing,hot spraying ceramic coating and electro brush plating Ni-P alloy coating was studied by soaking test and electrochemical test.By comparing the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of different repair layers,the relationship between different repair layers,the advantages and disadvantages of different repair measures are studied,and the most suitable repair measures are obtained.
