At present,the most common method of removing scale from the surface of hot rolled is a process known as "picking and oiling".Shot blasting cleaning can't completely remove oxide(commonly referred to as "scale")on the surface of the workpiece.In the environment of process green production,pickling technology due to severe pollution,harm to human body and other shortcomings will be eliminated,the burgeoning wet blasting can completely replace the "pickling" on removing scale from strip steel,because of green and clean,which can completely remove scale on the surface of the workpiece and wet blasting products with anti rust function advantage,wet blasting has attracted much attention.Through the analyzing the erosion mechanism of abrasive waterjet on the strip steel and establishing motion mathematical model of solid-liquid mixture in the wet blasting,basis on above,and cleaned workpiece is 1.22 m strip steel,this paper design wet blasting machine,cleaning chamber,and other device in the recycling system.Through theoretical analysis,wet blasting erosion includes erosion of abrasive particles on the surface of workpiece,the erosion of water jet on the surface of the workpiece,the workpiece surface micro particles and micro bubble cavitation.The four process parameters which include abrasive particle size,hardness,velocity,ejection angle of liquid-solid jet affect erosion effect.Based on different combinations of the three process parameters of abrasive size,speed and ejection angle,using the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software complete explicit dynamic analysis of the process of erosion of abrasive on strip steel,comparing simulation results,to determine the process parameters reasonably,laying a solid foundation for the design of wet blasting equipment.Analyzing both accelerated motion process of liquid-solid mixture in the impeller blades and the liquid-solid jet motion process after thrown out,and building the dynamic model.Then to design recycling system principle with systematic design methods and to design and selection of effective equipment based on functional analysis.To bulid three-dimensional model of the main components including: wet blasting machine,cleaning chamber,spiral solid-liquid separator,vibration and magnetic combined separation device,multi block settling tank and mixture of liquid and solid injection device.etc.
