People want to get multi-functional textile products when they are in the pursuit of healthy and comfortable lifestyle.The combination of benzophenone and its derivatives,inorganic nano-UV shielding agent and polysiloxane can improve the softness,slippery,elasticity feel of the fabric,also giving the fabric ideal anti-ultraviolet and other functions.In addition,the use of complex technology to obtain a special hand feeling finishing agent of the fabric,which can improve fabric's comfortable performance and people's life.In view of this,the main work and results of this paper are as follows:(1)Polyether/UV/alkoxy/phenyl silicone oil(VPE–BUVSi)was synthesized by hydrogen-containing silicone oil(PHMS),4-(3-allyloxy-2-hydroxy)propoxy-2-hydroxy benzophenone(MUV-0),allylalkoxy polyether(F-6),vinyltriethoxysilane(VTES),Styrene(St)through the reaction of hydrosilylat-ion.Synthetic conditions were discussed and the structure of VPE-BUVSi was characterized by IR,1H-NMR and UV.Results showed that it was the expected target.VPE-BUVSi was emulsified to micro emulsion with clear appearance and stable performance.The particle size distribution,charge ability and film-forming morphology of VPE-BUVSi emulsion were tested by nano-particle size analyzer,zeta potential analyzer and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Effect of material types and ratio,emulsion dosage on application performance of fabric were discussed.Results showed that the average particle size of VPE-BUVSi emulsion was 65.1 nm and zeta potential was-2.43 m V.The surface of cotton fiber becomed smooth after the treatment of VPE-BUVSi.The comprehensive performance of fabric was better when the emulsion solids content was 30% and emulsion amount was 30g/L.The process was a dip of arolling.UV average transmittance was less than 3%,and UPF value reached 30+after finishing.Finished fabric had good flexibility,resilient,antistatic,anti-ultraviolet performance.But the resistance to soaping performance was not good,and whiteness,breaking strength decreased slightly.(2)The composite emulsion UVAS was obtained through compound emulsification by phenylsilicone oil(VPE-BUVSi)and amino silicone oil(ASO-1).The cotton fabric was treated by nano-silica sol JN30 and UVAS.The paper optimized the quality ratio of VPE-BUVSi and ASO-1,preparing a nanocomposite anti-UV silicone finishing agent.Effects of different factors on application performance were studied.The film forming properties,micromorphology of the finished fabric were characterized.The results showed that the average particle size of UVAS was 105.7 nm and the zeta potential was +50.7 m V.The average particle size of nano-silicasol JN30 was 24.1 nm,and it had good UV absorption performance.After two steps of UV protection,the fabric had a good anti-UV performance.Total UV transmittance of the fabric was less than 2%,and the UPF could reach 50+.It could already meet the requirements of anti-UV products.Then it had certain washability,hydrophobicity,but slight decline in softness.Compared with the blank fabric,the breaking strength and whiteness had declined after two-step processing.SEM observation showed that the fiber surface became compact after two-step treatment.Though there were a large number of microprotrusions,the whole surface was encapsulated by a polysiloxane film.The smoothness was slightly improved.AFM diagram showed that the silicon film surface was relatively uneven and non-uniform structure after two-step treatment.There were peak packages of different sizes on it.(3)Composite silicone oil was prepared with N-dimethyl-?-aminopropyl-?-aminopropyl polydimethyls-iloxane(ASO-121),?,?-dihydroxysiloxane(107),epoxy silicone oil(ESO)and ?-(2,3-epoxypropoxy)propyltrimethoxy silane(KH-560)by complex technology.The oil was emulsifyed with composite emulsifier.The amount of emulsifier,ratio and material ratio were discussed.The factors that affected application performance were also discussed after being applied on fabric finishing.The results showed that emulsion stability and application performancewere at the best when pretreatment heating time was 60 minutes,m(ASO-121):m(107)=6:4 and KH-560 mass fraction was 2%.Meanwhile the amount of emulsifier was 20%,and the ratio of m(1350):m(1370):m(1390)was1:1:2.SH-1 was colorless and transparent with good stability.The average particle size was 24.2 nm,and zeta potential value was +27.82 m V.Applications and washability of finished fabric were at the best when the amount of SH-1 was 10 g/L,and baking temperature was 165 ?.Then baking time was 90 s and ammonia value of ASO-121 was 0.3 mmol/g.The viscosity of ASO-121 was 2500 m Pa·s and viscosity of 107 was 5000 m P a·s.Compared with the blank,whiteness of finished fabric was little changed,but it had soft,fluffy,active,crisp and other fine style.Meanwhile the finished fabric had a certain sense of warmth,and there was a special sense of cotton.Surface of treated fabric and monocrystalline silicon were observed by SEM,AFM.It found that surface of treated fiber was coated with a film,so could the surface of the cotton fabric be smooth and uniform.Meanwhile,the RMS roughness of treated siliconis was small.At the same time,SH-1 was applied to two-step anti-UV finishing formula,complexing with UVAS emulsion.Results showed that the fabric had excellent anti-UV performance,also obtaining a special hand feeling style.
