Driven by the textile ecology and the concept of low-carbon economy,the textile products with multiple functions and environmental comfort have been arisen.The research of the compound of multicomponent polysiloxanes and the technology with pluralistic style has been attached great importance.The functional compound polysiloxane with handle style was prepared by means of blending quaternary ammonium polysiloxane with different mono-functionalized polysiloxane,which was endowed with admirable application performance and comfortable handle style for fabric.The special handle style polyurethane coating agent was produced by physical compositing maleic anhydride modified quaternary ammonium polysiloxane emulsion with other parts of coating agents.After coating treated surface of polyurethane leather revealed oily moist luster and delicate skin effect,which improved the comfortable performance of polyurethane coating leather.To correspond with these,the research contents and results of this paper were listed as follows:(1)A series of terminated quaternary ammonium polyether polysiloxane(QAPS)were prepared by choosing the polymethyl hydrosoloxane(?,?-PHMS),allyl epoxy group polyether(APE)and polyether tertiary amine(TAM)via the reaction of hydrosilylation,ring-opening and quaterisation.The structure of QAPS was characterized by means of FT-IR and ~1H-NMR.Results verified that it was equipped with expected molecular structure.The particle size distribution,potential intensity and film morphology in the fiber surface of QAPS emulsion were tested and characterized by nano-particle size analyzer,zeta potential analyzer and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).In addition,effects of molecular weight of polyether tertiary amine,dosage of emulsion and curing temperature on application performance of treated fabric were investigated as well as the washability of QAPS was tested.Results manifested that the polydispersity index of QAPS emulsion was 0.223,its average particle size was 69.26 nm and zeta potential was+49.7 mV;QAPS emulsion had a favorable film-forming property on fabric surface,which made fiber's surface emerge smooth and flat film morphology;When polyether tertiary amine was TAM-1000,the dosage of emulsion was 5 g·L~-11 and curing temperature was 160?,cotton fabric had an excellent application performance after disposed by QAPS emulsion,furthermore,after many times washing it still kept outstanding hand feeling.(2)A functional polysiloxane emulsion with soft and exquisite feeling(SFAPS)was prepared through compound emulsification with what prepared one of QAPS,side epoxy group polyether polysiloxane(CGF),silicone rubber(107)and reactive coupling agent(RCA).SFAPS emulsion property was measured,which proved that its polydispersity index was 0.177,its average particle size was 27.69 nm and zeta potential was+33.2 mV;It observed that colloidal particles of SFAPS presented inerratic basically bright round appearance and scattered symmetry according to transmission electron microscopy(TEM).Film morphology,roughness,elementary constitutions and contents of SFAPS were also analyzed.Besides,influences of dosages of emulsifier(SAa),ethylene glycol butyl ether(EM),side epoxy group polyeyher siloxane(CGF)and mass fraction of reactive coupling agent(RCA)on application performance of cotton fabric after treated were discussed.Meanwhile,the special hand feeling of fabric treated by SFAPS was likewise evaluated.Consequences showed that there was a film in fiber bundle's surface formed with SFAPS emulsion,which promoted smoothness of fiber bundle's surface;SFAPS silicon film appeared non-uniform structure whose surface was alternately lightful and shady,the root-mean-square roughness(RMS)was 3.267 nm;SFAPS consisted of O?N?C?Si elements and its contents respectively were 21.87%?0.52%?51.14%and26.47%;When the dosage of SAa emulsifier was 25%,the dosage of EM was10%,the dosage of CGF was 30%and the mass fraction of RCA was 3%,treated fabric had a splendid application performance.According to evaluation,fabric treated by SFAPS expressed soft,exquisite handle style.(3)A kind of anionic terminated polyether amino polysiloxane(CPAS)was obtained by using maleic anhydride(MAH)to acylate what prepared above one of QAPS.Taking FT-IR and ~1H-NMR characterized the structure of CPAS.It demonstrated that CPAS conformed expected molecular structure.A transparent,yellow-blue,steady and uniform CPAS emulsion was obtained through emulsification.Emulsion property measurement indicated that the polydispersity index was 0.093,the average particle size was 71.09 nm and zeta potential was-48.3 mV,it belonged to anionic emulsion and had a good stability.PUCAS coating agent was prepared by the design of coating agent formula using CPAS emulsion as additive composition.The surface of film-forming morphology and roughness,elementary constitutions and contents,thermal and hydrophilic performance of PUCAS coating were characterized by some corresponding measure instruments.In addition,effects of emulsifier content in CPAS,emulsion solid content and dosage of CPAS on application performance and hand feeling of PU synthetic leather treated by PUCAS.The luster and hand feeling were also estimated.Results showed that PUCAS coating agent had a well film-forming property on leather surface.Coating film filled with formerly pitted structure,which made leather surface become smooth and flat after coating finishing;PUCAS coating agent could improve the roughness of leather surface,RMS declined from 5.615 nm to 1.465 nm;There were O?C?Si?N elements in PUCAS coating film surface;PUCAS had a good thermostability in25~230?applied temperature;Compared with the blank,the contact angle of leather surface treated by PUCAS was 71°,accounting for PUCAS possessed hydrophily.Synthetic leather had oily moist luster and ideal application performance when emulsifier content in CPAS was 15%,CPAS emulsion solid content was 30%and CPAS emulsion dosage was 25g.It endowed with delicate skin effect for synthetic leather.
