At present,the energy crisis is a serious issue.In China,Heavy oil is a abundant energy resource.Therefore,the exploitation of heavy oil is imperative.In the process of extraction,the utilization of various additives and presence of asphaltenes and colloids in heavy oil,which make the emulsion type more complex,heavy-water emulsion more stable,demulsification and dehydration more difficult.Conventional demulsifier has not been a good solution to solve problems of heavy oil demulsification.So,it has a great potential practical value and theoretical significance to explore demulsifiers for heavy oil demulsification.In this thesis,based on the problems of emulsion breaking,highly temperature of demulsification for heavy oil of Chenzhuang in Shengli Oilfield,under the hydrosilylation reaction principle,long chain alkyl modified phenyl silicone oil(DMPS),polyether modified phenyl silicone oil(PMPS)and long chain alkyl and polyether modified phenyl silicone oil(DAPMPS)were synthesized separately from phenyl silicone oil,1-dodecene and polyether.Furthermore,demulsification performances of PMPS and DAPMPS were evaluated and the mechanism of DAPMPS was also investigated.The main results were as follows:(1)DMPS was prepared from phenyl silicone oil and 1-dodecene with the action of catalyst chloroplatinic acid.The structure was certified by FTIR and 1H NMR.Moreover,the main factors of reaction conversion of Si-H were researched.The optimized conditions were as follows: reaction time and temperature were 5 h and 115?,separately;catalyst dosage was 30 ?g·g-1,with the molar ratio of Si-H and C=C of 1:1.10 and dropping time of 1-dodecene was25 min.Under these conditions,the conversion of Si-H achieved 82.25%.(2)A nonionic PMPS was synthesized with phenyl silicone oil?polyether and chloroplatinic acid.Its structure was characterized by FTIR and 1H NMR.Based on its synthesis conditions,performance was also evaluated.Theoptimized conditions were as follows: the conversion of Si-H reached 84.89%and surface tension was 26.12 mN·m-1 when the reaction kept at 123? for 7 h,with the molar ratio of Si-H and C=C of 1:1.21,dosage of catalyst was 20 ?g·g-1and amount of solvent was 30% of the total mass of reactants.Demulsification test results showed that 0.5 g/L,50? and 2 h were the best conditions.Under these conditions,dehydration rate was 86.9%,oil content of water was 295.1mg/L,oil-water interface was relatively neat and clear water prolapse.(3)Using phenyl silicone oil?1-dodecene?polyether and chloroplatinic acid as raw materials,a nonionic DAPMPS was obtained,which was confirmed by FTIR and 1H NMR.In addition,the synthesis conditions and breaking performance were analysed.The optimized conditions were gained: 113?,7 h,with the molar ratio of Si-H and C=C of 1:1.2,1-dodecene and polyether was 3:1,dropping time of 1-dodecene and polyether was 32 min and the catalyst dosage was 20 ?g·g-1.Under these conditions,the conversion of Si-H was 89.12% and surface tension was 25.87 mN·m-1.In demulsification tests,the dehydration rate was 88.4% and oil content of water was 296.1 mg/L within dosage of DAPMPS0.4 g/L at 40? in 1.5 h with little trim oil-water interface and quite clear dehydrated water.(4)To select effective demulsifiers,six demulsifiers were screened by DAPMPS,PMPS,AR36,AE2010,SP169 and BP169.After that,two demulsifiers DAPMPS and SP169,which have better effect,have been selected.The optimized conditions of demulsification when compounded were as follows:dehydration rate reached 91.5% and oil content of water was 181.8 mg/L after1.5 h with the concentration of demulsifier was 0.4 g/L at 40? and mass ratio1:1.Moreover,the oil-water interface was neat and water was clear.Compared with DAPMPS,combination effect was improved.Influences of DAPMPS on viscosity,oil-water interfacial tension,interfacial film stability and demulsification process were also studied.The results showed that the viscosity of system,oil-water interfacial tension,strength and life of oil film decreased with the addition of DAPMPS.The mechanism was replacement mechanism.
