In the oilfield reinjection water system,the sewage contains a lot of impurities and microorganisms.Separation technology,which solves the problem of blocking the bottom of the oil field,can be used to separate a certain amount of oil,organic matter,solid particles,chemical additives and other impurities.The growth,metabolism,reproduction of sulfate reducing bacteria?SRB?,total growth bacteria?TGB?,iron bacteria?IB?and other microorganisms in the water injection system,which result in water injection equipment,pipelines and other metal materials corrosion problems.Aiming at the problem of poor control effect of harmful microorganisms in oilfield reinjection water,this paper synthesized and developed a new type of fungicide to solve the problem of harmful microbes in oilfield injection water system.The main contents of this research are followed:?1?With long-chain alkyl Dimethyl tertiary amine?DMA?,Epichlorohydrin?ECH?as the main raw materials,the m-HQAS(m=C8,C10,C12,C14,C16,C18)were synthesized by SN2 reaction.The purity of the target compounds were measured by melting point method,and the composition and structure of the target compounds were confirmed by FTIR and 1H NMR.The various factors affecting the reaction parameters were optimized,the result showed that the yield of C12-HQAS was 93.37%,when the reaction temperature kept at 91 ? for 11 h with molar ratio of DMA12 and hydrochloric acid of 2.03:1,rotation speed of 250 r/min and isopropanol as solvent.In addition,the surface tension,foaming and emulsifying properties of m-HQAS were measured.It was found that value of m was the key factor affecting the melting point,surface activity,foaming and emulsifying properties of m-HQAS.?2?With m-HQAS and P-toluenesulfonyl chloride?TsCl?as the raw materials,the m-PEQAS(m=C8,C10,C12,C14,C16,C18)were synthesized by esterification reaction.The purity of the target compounds were measured by melting point method,and the composition and structure of the target compounds were confirmed by FTIR and 1H NMR.The various factors affecting the reaction parameters were optimized,the result showed that the yield of C12-HQAS was 61.597%,when reaction temperature kept at 82 ? for 5 h with molar ratio of TsCl and C12-HQAS of 2.58:1.The surface activity,foaming and emulsifying properties of m-PEQAS were determined.The surface activity,foaming and emulsifying properties of m-PEQAS showed different changes when m?C12 and m>C12,and the foaming stability and emulsification were the best when m was C18.The corrosion inhibition performance of m-PEQAS were tested by static weight loss method,polarization curve method and electron microscopy scanning method.When m was C14,the corrosion performance was the best.?3?The m-MGHQ(m=C8,C10,C12,C14,C16)were synthesized by SN2 reaction using m-PEQAS,guanidine hydrochloride and sodium ethoxide as the raw materials.The composition and structure of the target compounds were confirmed by FTIR,1H NMR and elemental analysis.It was proved that n,the number of gemini quaternary ammonium salts connected,were 3,2,2,3,1 respectively.The various factors affecting the reaction parameters were optimized,the result showed that the yield of C12-MGHQ was 76.43%,the sterilization rate of SRB was 98.58%,when reaction temperature kept at 140 ? for 26 h,with molar ratio of C12-PEQAS and guanidine hydrochloride of 3.61:1.The value of m had little effect on the surface activity,foaming property,emulsifying property and bactericidal effect of m-MGHQ.Surface activity and bactericidal of m-MGHQ were higher than m-HQAS.?cmc was 23.42 mN/m when m was C14 and bactericidal rate reached at 97.19% when m was C12.?4?The bactericidal properties of C12-MGHQ on SRB,TGB and IB were investigated under different concentration,contact time between bacteria and drugs,pH and temperature.When the C12-MGHQ concentration wss 70 mg/L,the temperature kept at 3060 ? for 124 h with pH at 59,the sterilization rate of C12-MGHQ can be maintained at 99% or more.The bactericidal performance of C12-HQAS,guanidine hydrochloride and C12-MGHQ were compared in different doses and antibacterial properties in different contact time.The results showed that the bactericidal rate of SRB,TGB and IB was 99.5%,98.56% and 90.66% respectively when the concentration of C12-MGHQ was 30 mg/L,which was 7.4%,15.23% and 17.33% higher than that of C12-HQAS,compared with guanidine hydrochloride on SRB and TGB were increased by 23.19%,7.45%.The antibacterial rate of C12-HQAS,guanidine hydrochloride and C12-MGHQ on SRB reached 97.36%,99.21% and 99.87% at 4 h,and then decreased to 57.89%,87.89% and 98.89% respectively at 48 h.
