The Study Of Inguinal Hernia Postoperative Functional Underwear For Middle-aged Male

According to the United States,Canada and some European countries relevant epidemiological data showed that,inguinal hernia postoperative functional underwear,we found that various types of hernia in the vast majority are abdominal external hernia,and in abdominal external hernia inguinal hernia accounted for a very large proportion,it can reach 90%~95%.Incidence in males was significantly higher than that of female,male and female incidence ratio is 15:1,the elderly have the highest incidence.After inguinal hernia surgery more postoperative complications will happen,postoperative scrotal edema,intestinal obstruction and incision bleeding,hematoma incidence rate is high.Our country is a populous country,therefore,with the number of inguinal hernia is relatively more,it is necessary to prepare for inguinal hernia related research.Therefore,this study identified as the subject of middle-aged men in Northwest China,and summarized the four factors of reaction middle-aged men lower body features: girth factor,height factor,length factor,sexual characteristics factor.Then lower body of the target population was divided into five categories;the study obtained the various needs of inguinal hernia postoperative functional underwear through questionnaires and interviews with experts surgeon,designed and made it according to the requirements.Afterwards,experts evaluated and gave information feedback.We repeated this operation many times to reach that experts put forward the functional requirements,then determined the final postoperative functional underwear styles;through the fabric test determined in accordance with the demand of the pants body fabric and net fabric,to some extent,it improved the comfort of functional underwear;pattern design and process description were based on the body size analysis of intermediate size and determined style,using determined style cut out cut-parts,making the final postoperative functional underwear in kind;At last,making 10 samples pants,choose the shape close to the intermediate 10 middle-aged males with a combination of objective and subjective evaluation experiments.From function and comfort of two test postoperative functional underwear.It is found that the fourthgeneration of postoperative functional underwear meet function basis,but also to meet the comfort requirements.This study from the aspects of theory: through the study of this kind of functional underwear;to give some guidance for the studies of other diseases and functional underwear and clothing;it provides theoretical reference for other functional underwear design,production and scientific research;and also it can achieve the purpose of cross disciplinary research,so that products be better applied to actual production.From the practical application value: inguinal hernia postoperative functional underwear was convenient for doctors to routine examination,reduce the patient’s sense of embarrassment;after the maturity it can be mass production,promote to the domestic various hospitals to achieve its’ value.
