| Functional compression garments apply some pressure on human body,making a positive impact on it,and it attracts more and more people's attention.When human keep standing or sitting for a long time,legs would be bloated,pressure pants provide a gradually decreasing pressure from ankle to the thigh.The pressure on the leg helps venous blood flow upwards,improving blood circulation and reducing uncomfortableness.Pressure generated by the pressure pants is related to the fabric and the type of lower body.The target of this research is getting a fitting pant pattern by studying the type of lower human body and fabric,which is valuable for the design and production of the pressure pants.This research get the data of lower body of the 200 women aged 25 to 35 from Shaanxi Province by Body measurements of three-dimensional.The data of 192 effective samples are analyzed by Excel and SPSS.Relationships among variables are obtained by correlation analysis;the linear regression equation representing the relation between height,waistline and parts of the measurements is obtained by regression analysis;four factors of the lower body are obtained by factor analysis,which are circumference factor,height factor,Waist-hip length factor and Waist-hip girth factor;the lower body is divided into four types,which are A?B?C and D according to the difference of waist–hip circumference,the grading counts for restrictive positions of B type are established.Through the elastic fabric test and simulation garment pressure test,a mathematical model of the elongation of fabrics and simulation pressure is established.No loose pant pattern of B type is obtained by draping,the elastic loose quantity of each part is determined according to pressure standard of the pressure pants,then the pressure pants pattern is established.Through subjective and objective evaluation on the pressure pants,it was found that pressure pants is helpful to ease leg uncomfortableness,and it plays a role in the prevention. |
