With the development of society and the improvement of people's living standards,people's requirements for comfort and healthy on clothes are getting higher and higher.Clothing pressure comfort is an indispensable factor to evaluate the overall comfort of clothing.A certain degree of clothing pressure can play a positive role in promoting blood circulation and improving sports function,but excessive clothing pressure may have a negative impact on human health,such as local blood circulation disorders and so on.Therefore,the key point of clothing pressure comfort research is to determine the range of clothing pressure which is comfortable and beneficial to human health.Tight pants with high elastic fabric are a kind of pants that women like to wear.They are often worn in daily life.Their body-fitting characteristics easily cause clothing pressure on the human body.Therefore,this paper takes tight pants as the research object,combines objective pressure measurement,subjective evaluation and physiological evaluation methods to determine the clothing pressure range which satisfies clothing comfort and is beneficial to human physiology.First,five experimental pants with uniform changes in the width of each part were made.Eight healthy women aged 22 to 26 years old and close to 160/66A were selected as subjects of subjective and objective clothing pressure experiments.Among them,in the objective pressure measurement experiment,the AMI3037-10pressure tester was used to measure the objective pressure values of the lower limbs of the three different motions:standing,lifting leg and lower jaw.Then,dynamic change of clothing pressure process of the lifting leg and lower jaw were measured.The regression equation of the allowance rate and clothing pressure of each part was established.Abdomen:y=3.109x+0.61(R~2=0.605);hip:y=2.657x+0.395(R~2=0.503);middle thigh:y=3.111x+0.663(R~2=0.731);knee:y=4.055x+0.686(R~2=0.701);middle leg:y=3.832x+0.643(R~2=0.643).The regression equation had statistical significance.Subjective evaluation experiment was carried out,and the number of subjective evaluation of each comfort grade was counted,and the comfort difference of each number of pants was compared.Subjective evaluation results showed that with the increase of clothing pressure in different parts of tight pants numbered 1#-5#,the subjective evaluation scores of subjects decreased gradually,indicating that there was a correlation between subjective evaluation values and objective measurement values.Pearson correlation analysis was used to determine the significant correlation between subjective and objective evaluation.Subjective and objective comprehensive evaluation method was used to determine the comfort pressure range of each measurement site,which was 1.01-1.52 kPa for abdominal process,0.73-1.33 kPa for gluteal process,0.77-1.59 kPa for mid-thigh circumference,1.32-2.00 kPa for knee bone and 1.21-1.92 kPa for mid-thigh maximum circumference.Thus,the upper limit of the comfortable range of clothing pressure for each part of the body when wearing tight pants can be obtained:midpoint of knee bone>midpoint of calf maximum circumference>midpoint of thigh mid circumference>abdominal protrusion>buttock protrusion.Secondly,clothing physiological experiments were carried out to study the effect of clothing compression on physiological indicators of skin blood flow.The moorVMS-LDF laser doppler blood flow and temperature monitor was used to measure skin blood flow of the subjucts,including the subjects did not wear tight pants and wear tight pants.Found that compared with not wear tight pants,the subjects in the five parts of the blood flow after wearing tight pants have a certain degree of rise,this is good for the skin microcirculation in blood circulation.Paired sample T test was used to analyze whether there was a significant difference in blood flow between different parts of the subjects before and after wearing tight pants,and it was found that there was a significant difference in blood flow between the parts of the abdomen and buttock when wearing tight pants no.1#-5#and when not wearing tight pants.The blood flow of tight pants numbered 3#,4#and 5#was significantly different in the anterior midpoint of the midthigh than in the non-tight pants.At the midpoint of the kneecap,there was a significant difference between wearing skintight pants numbered 2#,3#,4#and 5#,compared with not wearing skintight pants.At the midpoint of the maximum circumference of the lower leg,there was no significant difference between wearing skintight pants numbered 1#-5#and not wearing skintight pants.Therefore,the skintight pants numbered 3#,4#,and 5#have a more significant effect on promoting blood flow to the skin at various compression sites than those without skintight pants.When the various parts of the margin rate in the above range can significantly promote skin blood circulation.According to the obtained comfort pressure range,the clothing pressure range that simultaneously satisfies the pressure comfort and promotes skin blood circulation is determined:abdominal protrusion point 1.45~1.52 kPa;Gluteal process point 1.21~1.33 kPa;Midthigh midpoint 1.29~1.50 kPa;Midpoint of kneecap 1.77~2.00kpa;The maximum posterior midpoint of the calf is 1.75~1.92 kPa.According to the regression equation of the absolute value of the tolerance rate and the clothing pressure,the tolerance rate range satisfying the pressure comfort and significantly promoting the skin blood circulation was obtained:abdominal circumference27.0%-29.3%;Hip circumference 30.7%to 35.2%.Mid-thigh circumference:20.2%-29.8%;Knee circumference 26.7%to 32.4%.The middle leg circumference is28.9%-33.3%,which can provide some reference for the size design of tight pants.
