Pesticide non-target organisms as well as the effects of pesticides on soil, water, air pollution of the environment, have received wide attention of scholars both at home and abroad.Mountain of Taizi River upstream section of river algae is given priority to with green algae, this study chooses the typical nuclear chlorella protein for experiment effects, the two kinds of commonly used pesticides dichlorvos and herbicide diquat affect protein nuclear chlorella stress.Through the early stage of the four environmental factors orthogonal test and confirm for the growth of protein nuclear chlorella influence degree: light intensity >temperature > total nitrogen > total phosphorus.Get this study optimized nuclear protein chlorella culture conditions for temperature 24 ?,light 3000 lux,20 mg/L of total nitrogen, total phosphorus,0.4 mg/L,the experimental analysis of pesticides stress under this condition. The experimental results show that the dichlorvos and diquat has different protein nuclear chlorella toxicity.See from chlorophyll content changes, low concentration difference of protein nuclear chlorella growth has a promoting effect,at high concentrations of protein nuclear chlorella growth has obvious inhibitory effect, excessive concentration led to the deaths of algal cells.Low concentration of protein diquat nuclear chlorella no promoting effect, high concentration inhibitory effect is very serious, and the extension of algae exposure time, stronger toxic. For protein nuclear chlorella diquat is greater than the difference of toxicity. For low concentration of dichlorvos and diquat, nuclear chlorella are showed by the stress protein,POD,SOD content increases, the high concentration of pesticide processing make nuclear chlorella protein,POD,SOD content in a short period of time drastically reduced, diquat of nuclear chlorella protein two kinds of enzyme inhibition is more significant, this should be with herbicide diquat affect algal photosynthesis system directly.Dichlorvos and diquat low conce concentration difference of protein nuclear chlorella growth has a promoting effect,at high concentrations of protein nuclear chlorella growth has obvious inhibitory effect, excessive concentration led to the deaths of algal cells.Low concentration of protein diquat nuclear chlorella no promoting effect, high concentration inhibitory effect is very serious, and the extension of algae exposure time, stronger toxic. For protein nuclear chlorella diquatis greater than the difference of toxicity. For low concentration of dichlorvos and diquat, nuclear chlorella are showed by the stress protein,POD,SOD content increases, the high concentration of pesticide processing make nuclear chlorella protein,POD,SOD content in a short period of time drastically reduced, diquat of nuclear chlorella protein two kinds of enzyme inhibition is more significant, this should be with herbicide diquat affect algal photosynthesis system directly.Dichlorvos and diquat low concentration group of chlorella processing MDA content change trend is not obvious, increase content is relatively small, high concentration of histone nuclear chlorella MDA content increased significantly, showing a certain concentration-effect relationship, and under certain concentration of pesticide exposure after a period of time, the MDA content of nuclear chlorella protein can be recovered to normal range.By fluorescent probe technique, the free radical damage cell membranes under two kinds of pesticide exposure conditions were monitored, prove dichlorvos will make nuclear chlorella protein increases the permeability of cell membrane, protein and diquat can make nuclear chlorella cell membrane lipid reaction obviously.
