The modernization of science and technology especially the rapid development of electronic information technology.For product oil depot and gas station production process of modern regulation created a good space for development.But in terms of product distribution due to the defect of technology,management,supervision of fuel tank in the transport process of chronically diseased state,conceal,oil transport drift,accident loss,and so on and so forth.In view of the above circumstance,urgent need a set of management system to eliminate the oil distribution regulation of malpractice.This article is aimed at the tanker in oil products distribution management defects existing in the supervision link,development of product oil vehicle control monitoring system is designed.In the finished product oil tank lock control monitoring system,integrated application of the global satellite positioning technology,network communication technology,electronic combination lock control and other advanced technology,to achieve the purpose of real-time monitoring of the whole process of oil transportation paper main research content is as follows:1.The oil tank lock control to design the overall architecture of the monitoring system,gives the design scheme of software and hardware system,and introduces the function of each module.2.List the finished product oil tank lock control main technical indexes of the monitoring system,describes the three main parts of the system: the lock control system,vehicle composition and the working principle of unit and monitoring center.3.The algorithm based on chaos is introduced the key technologies to implement the combination lock: pseudo random sequence generator.By improving the traditional digital chaos algorithm,the introduction of perturbation sequence,reduce disturbance digits,change interval perturbation,promote the generation of pseudo random sequence,enhance its complexity,the realization of the aim of improve the safety of the combination lock.4.Lock control monitoring system is programmed.Lock control system,on-board unit and monitoring center implementation flow-chart are given.Work on the system in different temperature,regional lock control precision,explosion-proof,stability,and the monitoring data of performance test.This system has realized the tanker real-time positioning,regional lock control,deviation alarm,distribution timeout alarm,accident alarm,etc.Improved fuel monitoring timeliness,safety and convenience in the tube,can satisfy the production requirements.
