Study on the N-using pyridine tetrafluoroborate amyl fluorescence spectra,the fluorescence intensity effect of tetrafluoroborate N-hexyl pyridine and pyridine tetrafluoroborate N-heptyl twelve sulfonate.Amyl tetrafluoroborate N-pyridine,affect the fluorescence intensity of N-imidazole tetrafluoroborate amyl nitrate and N-of twelve sodium amyl pyridine pyridine tetrafluoroborate ionic liquids on the influence of Rhodamine B concluded that the fluorescence intensity effect of ionic liquid on the order of twelve sodium tetrafluoroborate N-methyl pyridine tetrafluoroborate N-hexyl pyridine tetrafluoroborate N-heptyl pyridine.With ionic liquid alkyl chain growth,enhancement of the fluorescence quenching,resulting in twelve sodium.The light intensity decreases effect of imidazole ring and twelve sodium tetrafluoroborate on the fluorescence intensity was more obvious.Rhodamine B good fluorescent effect effect than fluorescent effect in water in ionic liquid,with the increase of Rhodamine B concentration,the fluorescence intensity increased first and then decreased,and the concentration of the maximum emission wavelength and Rhodamine is proportional to the length of alkyl chain.The determination of vitamin B6.results showed that N-butyl imidazolium tetrafluoroborate ionic liquid aqueous two-phase extraction and fluorescence method,this method can be used for the determination of Trace Vitamin B6 in real samples.Study of the tetrafluoroborate N-butylpyridinium tetrafluoroborate,N-pentyl pyridine tetrafluoroborate N-hexyl pyridine tetrafluoroborate N-heptyl octyl pyridine N-and pyridine tetrafluoroborate ionic liquid by infrared spectrum quantitative analysis,get the maximum absorbance values under different concentrations,and the maximum absorbance of drawing the standard curve.The recoveries of ionic liquids in acetonitrile were measured by standard addition method,and the recoveries were from 98.2% to 104.6%.Finally,the UV spectrum of N-tetrafluoroborate ionic liquid amyl pyridine in ethanol,water,methanol and acetonitrile were measured,found UV spectra of ionic liquids are susceptible to polar solvent and the effect of pH,concentration of ethanol,water,methanol and acetonitrile tetrafluoroborate N-pentyl pyridine was analyzed by quantitative UV spectroscopy.The standard working curve was made with the maximum absorbance.The recoveries of ionic liquids in ethanol,water,methanol and acetonitrile were measured by standard addition method,and the recoveries were from 96.4% to 102.2%.
