Ionic liquids are widely used due to their good physical and chemical properties.UV,IR,and fluorescence spectra can effectively analyze ionic liquids.Spectral analysis of ionic liquids can help people better understand ionic liquids and thus pave the way for their future development in new fields. In this paper, two ionic liquids[Bpy]Br and[Bpy]HSO4 were synthesized, and their structures were characterized by IR.The spectra of[Bpy]HSO4 in the three solvents were compared and the reasons were analyzed. It was found that the polarity and the acid-base of the solvent all have a certain impact on UV spectrum. The relationship between absorbance and concentration of[Bpy]HSO4 in three solvents and the recovery rate were measured, and good results were obtained. The IR of different concentrations of[Bpy]HSO4 in acetonitrile, methanol, and ethanol was measured. After obtaining the IR spectrum, the best peak was found using the least square method for quantification.[Bpy]HSO4 was obtained in all three solvents.Correlation between higher absorbance and concentration, and recovery was determined.For[Bpy]HSO4 ionic liquid, its fluorescence spectra were analyzed under the conditions of four solvents, three mixed systems, different temperatures,pH and concentrations, and the reasons were analyzed. For four different solvents:water, ethanol, acetonitrile, and acetic acid,in acetic acid[Bpy]HSO4 has the smallest?em and the largest fluorescence intensity, and the opposite is true in water. It is found that the polarity of the solvent becomes large and redshift occurs.Conversely blue shift. In the water-ethanol,water-acetonitrile,water-acetic acid mixed system, the volume ratio of water and the other three media was 2:8,and the[Bpy]HSO4 fluorescence intensity was the largest, the analysis is that the strength of hydrogen bonding changes with the addition of these three media. In a certain range, the fluorescence intensity is positively correlated with the[Bpy]HSO4 concentration, while too high a concentration will cause fluorescence quenching.Heating and heating will also reduce the fluorescence intensity. When pH=6.0,the fluorescence is the best.[Hepy]Br-?NH4?2SO4 system was established and experimental conditions were optimized. It was found that when the amount of[Hepy]Br was 0.2g/mL,the amount of?NH4?2SO4 was 0.6g/mL,the concentration of RhB was 10mg/L,and the value of pH was 4.0,it was beneficial to the extraction, and the extraction rate could reach 99.6%.And the extraction can be completed in 180min,the time used is short, and the effect is good.
