| Horizontal well and directional well drilling technology has been matured gradually through decades of development.With the increase of well depth,horizontal well deep well drilling technology has become a symbol of national drilling technology level.Because of the increase of well depth,the hardness of the drilled formation becomes larger,and the conventional drilling technology is difficult to improve the rop.In this paper,in-depth investigation of the status quo at home and abroad on the drilling speed,drilling speed and speed of existing technology tools and the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed in detail.Based on this,analyzes the influence factors of horizontal well drilling speed and friction drag reduction mechanism was determined through the drag reduction technology to improve horizontal well drilling speed,and as a theoretical basis for the development of axial vibration tools.In this paper,the structure and components of the axial vibration tool are described in detail,and the correctness of the mechanism is verified by laboratory test,ground test and field test.The tool is mainly used in horizontal drilling,capable of reducing well under friction and torque,reduce sticking,increase rop. |
