The cutting vibration has a negative effect on surface quality and cutting tool wear,the factors affecting the vibration of the cutting process include the material of the workpiece,cuttingparameters,the structure of the machine,the tool,the external environment etc,the vibration of each part of the system will eventually be reflected in the vibration of the tool collision work.The experimental results show that the chip morphology has an obvious effect on the vibration of cutting.Studying the influence of the change of chip morphology in high speed machining on the vibration of cutting can help to enrich the theory of cutting and provide the basis for optimizing the machining parameters.The dry cutting experiment fortitanium alloywas carried out through single factor analysis and orthogonal analysis,the influence of chip shape of cutting vibration rule,the relationship between cutting force and cutting vibration,cutting vibration and the roughness were studied,research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The change of chip morphology of TC4,TA15 and TA2 under different cutting parameter were studied,the results showed that the greater the cutting speed,feed and turning back,the greater the scraps of sawtooth degree and interval,the greater the speed,the greater the sawtooth frequency,and the greater the cutting feed and cutting depth,the smaller the sawtooth frequency.The order of sawtooth degree in the same cutting parameter was TC4 > TA15 > TA2.(2)The effect of cutting on the vibration of the cutting and the relationship between the cutting force and the vibration of the cutting were studied,the results showed that the greater feeding and cutting depth,the greater the cutting vibration acceleration.The change trend of cutting vibration acceleration first rises and falls and then rises with the increase of cutting speed.The cutting force was different from the vibration acceleration of the cutting when the cutting speed changed,and the variation of the cutting force and the vibration acceleration of the cutting vibration was the same as the change in the quantity of cutting feed and cuttingdepth.(3)The effects of TA15 and TC4 chip form on the frequency spectrum and wavelet spectrum were studied.Itwill producecontinuous chip when cutting speed was lowerthan 77.4 m/min,the effects of acceleration and waveletenergy spectrum on the full frequency domain of the cutting vibration were small.And when the cutting speed was greater than 77.4 m/min,the cutting form was a sawtooth chip,the effect of high frequency and wavelet energy on the vibration frequency domain of the cutting vibration was greater,and the Low frequency part had less effect.
