With the widely development of information construction in all fields,data show the tendency of massive growth.The high quality of the data plays an important role to the enterprise on strategic decision.Therefore,data quality problems have attracted more and more attention.The vast majority of the enterprises develop their proprietary data quality evaluation system to solve the data quality problems by combining with the characteristics of industry.The evaluation model of these systems have different features,the definition of indicators are also different,there is no unified standard.To solve the problem of data quality standardization and generality,it is necessary to define these models and data quality dimensions in a standardized form urgently.Oilfield Enterprises often ignore the semantic information of the data itself in solving data quality problems,can't take good use of the knowledge data with semantic information.At the same time,the complex rules and the rules defined at the instance level can not be described.In order to solve the above problems,this thesis research data quality assessment technology at home and abroad.Analyzing the related elements of data quality assessment and construct a data quality evaluation model for the deficiency existing in the current data quality assessment model.At the semantic level,introducing ontology technology to describe data quality concepts,and the relationship between these concepts.Through analyzing the typical method of ontology constructing and referring to the Seven Steps developed by Stanford university,this thesis proposes a suitable method to construct data quality ontology by combining with the actual study,then construct the universal data quality ontology preliminary.This ontology contains the core concepts of data quality domain with domain independence,Secondly,it makes full use of the data quality ontology in expressing constraint rules,using OWL language expresses the data quality constraint rules formally.Finally,on the basis of the data quality ontology,it defines the data quality ontology reasoning rules and proposes data quality assessment reasoning based on Jena.It realize the ontology analysis,query and reasoning through the use of Jena Improving the applicability of the semantic knowledge data of data quality system.Finally,with the practical application background of oil field data quality control,a prototype system is designed and realized by combining with the oilfield development data,developed a reasoning evaluation system based on data quality ontology.The prototype system can realize the data quality ontology query,management,data quality ontology reasoning based on custom rules and assess on the basis of the reasoning result.The prototypesystem has verified the effectiveness and technical feasibility of the proposed oil field data quality model based on ontology.
