Daqing oilfield water flood development has been more than 50 years,in the main oilfield have development into the double high status,the later stable yield under the grim situation,now oil field is put forward with gas replacement oil" development strategy,and give priority to with XuShen gas field of natural gas reservoir of volcanic rock reservoirs are mainly ?,? and ShaHezi conglomerate reservoir.Witch with low permeability,and the development is difficult,they need to develop large scale fracturing technologies to realize effective.This paper calculated the string under the pressure of different levels of the critical load when bending deformation,determine fracturing string stress condition,check that the strength of security.And the fracturing string abrasion mechanism has carried on the preliminary analysis,pressure injection device through SOLIDWORDS,FLUENT software to guide to build the model,through simulating different discharge in the judgment,the pressure inside the device under the different sand ratio,and erosion intensity of fluid on the wall.In accord with simulation calculation under the condition of screening compressive fracturing tool material and erosion resistance of amorphous metal coating.At last,through experiment to determine the feasibility of the selection of fracturing technology supporting tools,finally realize the optimization of multilayer fracturing technology.
