Xushen gas field has been built with an annual capacity of 13.60×108m3,the total capacity of external gas transmission is 75×108m3,the gas field internal gas backbone,internal skeleton system and gas field external gas transmission system have been formed.With the increasing demand for natural gas clean energy,the gas field is undergoing extensive development and construction.The construction of ground engineering has become a key link for the benefit development of gas filed.This paper analyzed the composition of gas well wellhead,determined the wellhead technological process suitable for the deep well characteristics of Xushen gas field,and optimized the safety cut-off device and sand removal equipment.According to the data of gas component and formation water quality in block gas well,the material of main equipment such as gas pipeline and internal heating furnace is determined.Through the calculation formula of pipe specification wall thickness,combined with allowable flow rate,the piping specifications were determined.Comparing the principles and advantages of various equipment in the station,heat transfer,separation and dehydration equipment were optimized.This paper analyzed a set of ground engineering scheme suitable for the capacity building of Xushen gas field which contained natural gas gathering system,automatic control and other auxiliary system.To make sure the effective development of the gas filed,we also made an economic evaluation for the programme,in technology and economy.
