Niuxintuo oilfield belongs to Gaosheng oil extraction factory,high viscosity crude oil,high viscosity,high wax content,high freezing point,using closed hot water circulation as the main technology for oilfield development.But closed hot water circulation process has a string of poor sealing such shortcomings,at the same time,the long-term cyclic high temperature hot water the use of the casing,pipeline corrosion damage and underground pipeline scaling situation is very serious,and this process requires a huge amount of natural gas supply and old natural gas production has been unable to meet the practical needs,therefore,this technology has seriously restricted the normal production development.With the increasing cost of maintenance and management,management difficulty is the hot water circulation process,showing the untenable situation.Therefore,expansion of Niuxintuo oilfield lifting technology conversion in the effective development and stable production has a very important significance.Based on the lifting technology as the basic starting point,combined with the experimental conditions in the laboratory and field,the wellbore electric heating viscosity,chemical viscosity reduction,thin oil viscosity lifting technology and on the basis of the transformation of the hollow rod electric heating parameters.Finally decided to use the hollow rod electric heating technology to replace the previous subject in the process,namely into the special cable in a hollow rod,the skin effect improve the crude oil temperature,but also can avoid the pipe wall wax,viscosity,and the cable output power can be adjusted according to different well conditions so as to achieve the required temperature,thus greatly improving the degree of automation control wells.
