With the deep development of deep gas reservoir in Daqing oil field,the number of wells increasing year by year,part of the deep gas wells came into the late stable yield,the capacity of gas wells declines,the pressure in the bottom of hole deduces year by year,water-air ratio increases,the number of deep zone gas well which contains high water rate increases and lead to a plunging of gas production rate,the water logging is serious.Nowadays the foam drainage gas recovery technology used by Daqing field does not fit well,the cost of some mechanical mining technology such as machine pump and electric pump is high and influence by the depth limitation of machine pump,both of them is unable to meet the demand of large deep water rate gas well drainage.Based on the actual working condition of high water rate deep zone gas well,carrying on the numerical stimulation research of water drainage and gas production by gas lift in well gas.Designing the packer which is used together with gas lift in deep zone gas well under the environment of high temperature and pressure,the packer used the method of hydraulic setting and lift unlock and designing the back to the sealing insert section and unlock extractor working together with the packer,building the gas lift valve testing and debugging device,carrying on the gas lift valve laboratory test experiment,increasing the security of gas-lift string.Based on the gas-water two phase flow theory,using FLUENT to stimulate the process of layout the valve to gas lift,study the law of how the number of gas lift valve and method of laying out the gas lift valve influence on the effect of gas lift.The results show that the number of gas lift valve and method of laying out the gas lift valve has a big influence on the effect of gas lift process.Based on the actual condition of three high water rate deep zone gas well and combining the results of stimulation,optimizing the technological parameter including gas injection type,gas injection mode,gas-lift string,gas injection rate,gas injection pressure,depth of the valve,number of valves,opening pressure of gas lift by laying out valve,the field test shows that the method has a good effect of drainage gas recovery.The method of optimizing and designing built in the paper of gas lift by laying out valve drainage solving the problem that gas injection pressure high by dead lift and improper design of gas lift by laying out valve.The device working together with gas lift by laying out valve fits the conditions of deep zone gas wells in Daqing field and reach thegoal of the re production of high water rate water logging gas wells,fits the total water controlling requires of high water rate zone in Shensheng Y,prolonging the stable gas production cycle.The research contributes the stable and continuous development of Daqing deep zone gas wells.
