Chaoyanggou gas field is a low permeability,low yield gas field.The gas boundary there are some water.With the production time been extended and the development extent been increased.Due to the low pressure and low yield,gas wells can not meet the production requirements of carrying liquid completely.The water producing gas wells is increasing,the water production rate of gas wells is also increasing.Bottom hole and wellbore of the gas wells produce liquid loading leads directly to the decline in pressure and production rate of the wellhead.Long time of liquid loading will certain pollution and damage to the formation.It will limits the production capacity of gas wells and affects the normal production of gas wells of continuous seriously.Even leads to gas wells water flooded to suspend production.It will decrease of gas recovery efficiency greatly.Therefore,it is urgently need for drainage gas recovery technology research.This article is aimed at conditions and characteristics of producing water of low pressure and yield wells at Chaoyanggou gas field,built up critical liquid droplet model which is fit for Charyanggou gas field.According to the extent of water producing,the ground condition and the geological characteristics of the gas wells at Chaoyanggou gas field.Research the foam drainage gas recovery,the optimizing tubing drainage gas recovery,the plunger gas lift drainage gas recovery and the vortex drainage gas recovery technology.By means of research the process principle,process requirements,operating parameters and scope of application of these drainage gas recovery technologies.Analysis of the application effects of the foam drainage and the optimizing tubing drainage gas recovery which are being applied.To research and experiment the plunger gas lift and the vortex drainage gas recovery new technologies.This article analyze and evaluate the foam drainage,the optimizing tubing,the plunger gas lift and the vortex drainage gas recovery technology for its applicability at Chaoyanggou gas field.The results show that the foam drainage,the optimizing tubing,the plunger gas lift and the vortex drainage gas recovery technology solves the problems of liquid loading to a certain extent,improves the ability of carrying liquid and production rate of gas wells,to achieve the gas wells production smoothly.
