The higher rate of casing damage wells in Liaohe Oilfield heavy oil thermal recovery, has seriously affected the status of reservoir development, through the analysis of geology in Liaohe Oilfield, combining with the production status of the casing damage mechanism of heavy oil thermal recovery in Liaohe oilfield.Wells of high temperature steam thermal recovery in Liaohe Oilfield, the reservoir elastic modulus and thermal expansion coefficient, the bottom of casing under the action of thermal stress yield damage, reduces the intensity of steam injection, the formation of necking and rupture forms of casing casing.Based on the steam flow and temperature diffusion state of thermal recovery wells steam injection reservoir, establish the temperature diffusion model, combined with the experience of near casing, cement and formation of the thermal fluid solid coupling model, established the calculation model for casing stress analysis of the influence of formation heat, mechanical parameters and technical parameters of the thermal stress of casing force.Given the different forms of damage detection method for casing, expatiates on the detection method from theoretical and practical aspects, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the detection method of casing damage and the applicable scope;according to different casing damaged wells are given maintenance ideas and applicable conditions;combined with the actual case, the casing damage wells specific construction scheme the.The research in this paper provides the theoretical basis and technical guarantee for the protection, detection and maintenance of thermal damage in thermal recovery of Liaohe oilfield.
