The heavy oil reservoir of the Kexia formation in the H6 well area in Xinjiang oilfield is a fault block reservoir which is cut by fault, and the sedimentary environment belongs to the piedmont alluvial facies. The oilbed has the characteristics that shallow burial depth, great thickness variations, and serious heterogeneity.Since 2013 in overall exploitation by steam soak, the average round is 4,gas oil ratio is only 0.24,water 72.96%.The problems are yield difference and development benefit poor in the late stage of a huff and puff.Aiming at the existing problems in H6 well area, the thesis evaluate the development effect and analysis the influence factors of yields, and identify the main factor by grey correlation method;the typical well groups is stuied by numerical simulation to analysis formation and distribution of residual oil;finally, the author research the measurement of further exploitation, and evaluate 3 potentials of reservoir from the perforation repairing,injection-production parameters optimization and steam flooding feasibility. The results show that the reservoir of the Kexia formation has entered into the stage of decline in huff and puff after one year, which has the characteristics that reservoir pressure is high, and the recovery rate is 19.23%,so it is urgent to improve the development efficiency and enhance recovery. The uppermost factor affecting yields is lithology, and the lithology, reservoir thickness and saturation are the main factors. So,adjustment measures should be considered from completing perforation and remaining oil;The residual oil mainly exists in the well, which is non-producing in the current throughput parameters; It is not suitable to convert to steam flooding in the area through the screen of the whole area and the well points. So,it should be based on the steam huff and puff technology to optimize the parameters.According to the numerical simulation, reservoir recovery reached 23.63%,compared with the current technology policy on 4.40%after increasing 20%-30%in the parameters of each rounds.
