At present,many oilfield has entered high water cut development stage in our country,will appear water cut rising,production decline,and poor water injection effect change problems,in order to make these fields can be efficient and sustainable development,we must to the oilfield development effect evaluation,and optimize the development of technical countermeasures,formulate scientific reservoir development and stable technical measures.Since chang-6 ultra-low permeability reservoir was put into development,good results have been obtained in the early stage of development.However,with the development of oilfield waterflooding,new challenges have been encountered in actual production.62 strong reservoir heterogeneity of reservoir,reservoir development in central NE35 ° cracks,result in3 Wells fissured water;There is multi-directional water breakthrough in the east and uneven water flooding in the reservoir plane.There are 6 horizontal Wells in chang61 reservoir,which decrease greatly due to the lack of regional formation energy.In this paper,the actual development situation of chang6 reservoir is evaluated by combining the water drive characteristic curve method,Arps decline model and some production dynamic indexes.The remaining oil distribution is described quantitatively with numerical simulation results.Starting from two aspects of injection and production adjustment and measures of oil and water well,the rational technical policy of water injection development is formulated.Comprehensive research results show that injection and production adjustment should control water injection in high pressure area and balance formation pressure.Strengthen water injection and increase pressure difference in low response area.A reasonable reservoir pressure maintenance level should be 100%-110%,flow pressure 5.0mpa,and injection-production ratio 2.2.The measures of oil and water well should be improved to improve the effect of water flooding.Mainly to plug the cracks,improve the swept area of water flooding;Profile control and finger-like injection profile management are mainly carried out in three aspects.Finally,according to the demonstration and research of reservoir adjustment and management technology policy,multiple injection and production structure adjustment schemes were worked out,and the optimal adjustment scheme was selected through prediction and comparison.
