In recent years,transition metal complexes,as a new type of material,were widely used in the field of biochemistry.Transition metal iridium(III)complexes with larger stokes shifts,long lifetimes,high quantum yield,and tuned light wavelength,have been widely applied in the biological sensing,OLED light-emitting materials,solar cells,catalytic fields and so on.The structure of complexes could be changed or different functional groups could be introduced to specially identify some small inorganic molecules and biological macromolecules such as DNA,protein,etc.It is important in the chemical and biological sensor.In this paper,we synthesized a series of metal iridium(III)complexes and explored its applications in the chemical sensor.This research includes four parts:In the first chapter,we mainly described the transition metal iridium(III)complexes of bonding methods and the applications in chemical and biological sensor.Several methods for the detection of CN-were also introduced.In the second chapter,a series of transition metal iridium(III)complexes(1.2.3.4.)were designed and synthesized and the structure of them were characterized.Also the differences of physical properties among the complexes(1.2.3.4)were compared.Then Cu2+ was chosen for mediation to indirectly detecting CN-.In the third chapter,two complexes containing aromatic conjugate structure were designed,synthesized and characterized.Meanwhile the mechanism of the interaction between ctDNA and complex were investigated by UV-vis absorption spectroscopy,fluorescence spectroscopy,viscosity,circular dichroism,and thermal analysis respectively.In the fourth chapter,two cyclometalated iridium(III)complexes contains 8-hydroxyquinoline were synthesized and characterized by 1HMNR and MS spectroscopy.Its physical properties and the sensing of Hcy have also been investigated.
