The cyclometallized metal iridium(?)complexes have been widely used in catalysis,medicine,environmental detection and other fields due to their excellent stability,high selectivity,strong coordination ability,easy preparation of raw materials and high yield.They have shown a very important role in organometallic chemistry,became one of the important research fields in coordination chemistry and organometallic chemistry.It is particularly important to construct new iridium(?)complexes with excellent catalytic and photochemical properties.In the paper,the metal iridium(?)complexes were synthesized based on cyclometallized reaction,constructed the reduction catalysts for imine and quinoline derivatives and cyanide ion fluorescence probes,explored the main properties and practical application value to realize the regulation of catalytic activity and fluorescence performance of metal iridium(?)complexes.The specific research contents are as follows:1.Cyclometallized semi-sandwich iridium(?)complexes with metal-induced C-H bond activation were synthesized based on the ligands of benzothiazole derivatives for efficiently reduction catalysis of imine and quinoline derivatives,achieved the synthesis of amines and tetrahydroquinolines.Iridium(?)complexes have high catalytic activity of different types of imines and quinoline derivatives.1H NMR?elemental analysis?FT-IR?X-ray single crystal diffraction was employed to confirm the molecular structure.2.Based on the Iridium(?)dimer structure of 2-phenylpyridine,5-aldehyde-1,10-phenololine as the ligand,a cyanide ion fluorescent probe was designed and synthesized by cyanohydrin reaction.The probe showed a great selectivity and sensitivity(LOD=1.23 ?M)in CH3CN/H2O(v/v=95:5),which was lower than the WHO maximum cyanide ion content standard(1.9 ?M).Cell imaging studies have shown the low biotoxicity and good biocompatibility that can be used in biological systems.The test strip image shows the practical application value of rapid identification and detection of trace CN-.The formation mechanism of cyanohydrin before and after CN-added was correctly explained by 1H NMR?FT-IR and DFT theoretical calculations.
