| In this article,through long-term argumentation and research,and through laboratory test and engineering test,put forward the silt subgrade filling,building material utilization of land use,disposal method considering the economic conditions in Tianjin region,municipal construction,environmental protection requirements,technical level and other factors,combined with the landfill of Tianjin municipal construction,and beautify the city of the status quo of the sludge disposal and the task to realize the combination of good,for the Tianjin river sludge treatment and disposal of provides the technical support and important support.1.Bag on hydraulic pressure type mechanical dehydration technology application and river sludge dehydration were studied.Using traditional earthwork carrier bag of mud dehydration,through the upper water bag on the pressure filtration dehydration.The device makes full use of the site conditions to filter mud,can realize the dehydration process of rapid,efficient,economic,large capacity,simple operation,low cost,such as adding the dehydration reagents its dehydration effect is better.It has been verified by test,in the dry weight of more than 5% of polyaluminium chloride dosing quantity,filter for 1 hour,moisture content of sludge dehydration can be 87% to 48%.2.For the depth of the river mud dehydration heavy pollution problems,the introduction of new electric dehydration equipment-ring pusher silt electric dehydration unit,and through the test on the analysis,a preliminary verification equipment of dehydration performance.By optimizing the contrast,plus the power supply voltage is 40v(10mm pole pitch),sediment retention time for 9 min dehydration effect is best,unit wet sediment quantity of 510 kg/t,its power consumption is 109.2 kWh/t.In addition,using intermittent dehydration performance will be improved.3.Based on experimental study of roadbed filling,this paper puts forward to use river silt roadbed filling technology disciplines,including filling with silt classification,preparation technology,filling technology,environmental protection requirements,etc.The technology put forward comprehensive consideration of the economic conditions in Tianjin region,municipal construction,environmental protection requirements,technical level and other factors,especially considering the Tianjin as landfill,municipal construction,beautify the city,etc of the status quo of the sludge disposal and the task to achieve a good combination.4.Refer to relevant standards and norms,combining with the characteristics of Tianjin area,puts forward the land use and building materials using the access conditions and technical requirements,from the perspective of mud property,environmental protection,technical request and specification,to dispose and resource utilization of Tianjin river silt to provide important reference and also provides the decision-making basis for the management,to build beautiful Tianjin make a significant contribution. |
