There are many landscape rivers in Hebei Province.During the dredging process,a large amount of silt will be produced. The landscape river silt has the characteristics of high water content, large fluidity, and high organic matter content. It is difficult to convert it into land resources for effective use.On the other hand,Hebei has developed industries and abundant industrial waste slag production, and the large accumulation of waste slag is likely to cause environmental pollution. It is of great practical significance to use industrial waste residues to treat sludge. In order to explore the feasibility of treating industrial sludge as a solidified material to treat the sludge, this article conducts a solidification test study on landscape river silt. The main contents are as follows:First, according to the principle of selecting solidified material for landscape river silt, fly ash, lime, gypsum, slag, cement, etc.were selected as the solidified material for silt, and its physical properties were tested. The effect of the amount of different solidified materials on the strength of the solidified sludge was determined through a single admixture test. The results show that the curing effect is limited when the amount of cement is low.Second, through orthogonal test design, the strength analysis of curing agents made of different proportions of curing materials is performed to determine the optimal proportion between the curing materials;the controlled variable test design increases the amount of industrial waste residue and reduces the amount of cement.Improved curing strength, and further optimized the ratio of cured materials.Third, the effect of curing agents prepared using industrial waste residues at different dosages and ages was studied, and the results showed that the strength of the cured sludge increased with the age and the increase of the dosage.Fitting the experimental data,it was found that there was a good linear relationship between the intensity and the age and dosage. The stress-strain characteristics of solidified sludge samples with specific proportions were studied, and it was found that the stress-strain curve of F0 proportioned solidified sludge belongs to a typical non-linear softening curve, with a peak(strength)and a softening section. The peak of the curve rises.Fourth, the freeze-thaw resistance and water stability of the solidified sludge are studied. The results show that the water stability and freeze-thaw cycle resistance characteristics of thesludge solidified with F0 and F2 solidified materials are better. The freeze-thaw cycle test shows that the freeze-thaw cycle resistance coefficient decreases as the number of freeze-thaw cycles increases, and the freeze-thaw cycle coefficient is less than 1 in all test groups. The freeze-thaw cycle resistance effect of the single cement solidified sludge is general. The strength of the sludge solidified with F2 ratio curing agent after multiple freeze-thaw cycles is the smallest, and the freeze-thaw cycle resistance is the best.
