Research On Application Of Sewage Treatment Technology In Rural Area Of Jilin Province

With the comprehensive completion of a well-off society,residents’quality of life in rural areas has been significantly improved and promoted.In addition,the rural water consumption and sewage production also show an upward trend year by year.However,compared with urban areas,rural areas in Jilin Province have not yet established a mature and appropriate sewage treatment system.At the same time,the construction of sewage treatment infrastructure is also severely imperfect.The damage to the regional ecological environment caused by the disorderly discharge of rural sewage has become a significant problem to be solved urgently.On the other hand,although domestic researches on the main aspects of rural sewage treatment technologies,modes,difficulties,and countermeasures have begun to take shape,most of them are concentrated in the south of China.Furthermore,there are few similar studies and relevant reports on rural sewage treatment in northern China,especially in Jilin Province,which is located in the high latitude and cold areas,with complicated geomorphic conditions,a large number of rural areas widely distributed,and weak township economic strength.Based on this,this study mainly carried out the following work aiming at providing references for solving sewage treatment problems in rural areas of Jilin Province.(1)This paper starts with generalizing the current situation of sewage quality,discharge,and treatment in rural areas of China.At the same time,the existing and mature rural sewage treatment technologies at home and abroad are also analyzed and summarized.On this basis,this paper comprehensively considers the current regional situation of Jilin Province,fully implements and follows the fundamental principle of“adjusting measures to local conditions”,and selects the economic and practical sewage treatment technologies suitable for promotion in rural areas of Jilin Province:(1)The process with the septic tank and anaerobic biogas tank as the main body or improved process based on them;(2)Sewage treatment process with physical or biological pretreatment+ecological technology as the main body;(3)Integrated sewage treatment process.(2)This paper not only makes an in-depth and detailed discussion on the problems existing in the current sewage treatment in rural areas of Jilin Province from the aspects of residents’environmental awareness,major rural industries,the degree of infrastructure planning and construction,the operation and maintenance management mode of sewage treatment facilities,personnel training,fundraising,law and standard formulation,etc.but also digs out the root causes of the problems and carries out corresponding countermeasures research pertinently.(3)Based on the comprehensive treatment project of domestic sewage in a township in Jilin Province,the relevant design of the small sewage plant in the town is carried out.Through the comparative analysis and demonstration of various processes,the buried integrated sewage treatment technology with A/O+MBR as the main body is finally determined as the treatment process of the small township sewage treatment plant(design scale 500 m~3/d).The design calculation and engineering drawing of the process and structures are completed on this basis.The process has the advantages of compact structure,simple management,high degree of automation,and remarkable pollutant removal effect.All water quality indexes of the effluent are better than“Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB 18918-2002)”.After the completion of the sewage treatment plant,it can realize the centralized and effective disposal of domestic sewage of residents in this area,solve the problem of rural environmental pollution caused by the disorderly discharge of sewage,promote the transformation of rural residents’living environment,and produce good environmental,social and economic benefits.
