With the development of economy,cement is widely used in the world,It is an essential material in the infrastructure construction,and the demand for cement becomes more heavily all over the world,whose the quality and characteristics are also gradually upgrading.The changes of the cement's microstructure directly affect the properties of cement.By establishing the cement structure microstructure model and accelerating the efficiency of texture synthesis,and then it is great practical significance to predict the hydration state of the building efficiently and quickly.In the process of cement hydration,it is not only accompanied by intricate chemical changes,but also its microstructure changed obviously.The traditional used to using the physical and chemical methods to determine the indicators of cement samples,and it was limited to doing small-scale experiment except the large-scale,such as high-rise buildings,viaducts and other buildings and so on.With the development of computational materials science in recent years.The using of computer simulation of the material simulation experiment has become a hot spot for the current material research.Therefore,according to the characteristics of cement,this paper focus on building the model of cement microstructure texture structure,and with the accelerating of GPU platform for cement micro-modeling process.It contributes to the establishment of accurate and efficient cement solid texture model which is a large-scale cement texture synthesis.An initial state for predicting the hydration process of cement in large-scale buildings at different times will be provided.The main work of this paper includes the following:(1)Modeling of two-dimensional cement texture imageThis paper proposes a random texture synthesis method based on real two-dimensional cement image.The data is based on two-dimensional slices of real solid cement,the algorithm synthesizes the two-dimensional cement texture based on market random field model and multilayer Gaussian pyramid.And then it analyzes the influencing factors of two-dimensional cement synthesis.The results of two-dimensional cement texture synthesis show that our algorithm is feasible.(2)Modeling of three-dimensional microstructure of cement solidThe two-dimensional texture synthesis algorithm is to be incorporated into the three-dimensional cement solid synthesis method.First,the algorithm is redefined and implemented for the three-dimensional optimization of the two-dimensional parameters.Through the experimental comparison of several groups of experiments,it can analyze the influencing factors of the texture synthesis of three-dimensional cement microstructure solid and visualize the results for facilitating.(3)Modeling of two-dimensional microstructure of cement solidAs the isotropic characteristics of cement,the three-dimensional data is obtained from twodimensional cement texture image.It obtains cement texture information from three directions based on the neighborhood distance and gray scale matching,and analyzes the experimental results in more detail.(4)Parallelizing the process of three-dimensional cement solid modelingThis paper analyzes the serial algorithm of three-dimensional cement solid texture synthesis.And it Comes to conclusion that the consumption analysis of each step of the serial process.Through the experimental consequences,the efficiency of the parallel experiment is very high.It is shown that the parallel algorithm is efficient.
