In this paper,nano waterborne ceramic coatings were prepared by sol-gel method using siloxane monomer and nano-silica sol as the main raw materials and coated on the surface of aluminum alloy plate.The effects of various factors on the properties of nano waterborne ceramic coatings and coatings were investigated from the aspects of raw material selection,formulation design and preparation conditions.On this basis,a series of nano waterborne ceramic coatings with single particle size and mixed particle size were prepared.Coating,also prepared can be applied to the building metal curtain wall of ceramic coated aluminum veneer,and in accordance with national standards for its related performance testing,the test results show that its performance in line with national standards to meet the application requirements,ceramic coated aluminum single board has a great market value.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Study on the Factors Influencing the preparation of nano waterborne ceramic coatingThe nano waterborne ceramic coatings were prepared by the reaction of different kinds of siloxane monomers,different reaction pH,different reaction time,different raw material consumption ratio and nano alcohol sol sol and M/A filler.Gel time and the hardness and adhesion properties of the prepared ceramic coatings were test.The types of siloxane monomers,the ratio of silica sol to siloxane,the reaction pH,the reaction time,The influence of factors such as adding on the performance of ceramic coatings and coatings were analyzed.in the preparation process.The optimal siloxane monomer for the preparation of nano waterborne ceramic coatings was determined by MTMS;The optimum ratio of silica sol to siloxane is 7:3,6:4,5:5;The pH of the reaction system is controlled at 3 to 4;Reaction time is 8h;The addition of nano alcohol sol and M/A filler can increase the gel time of ceramic coating.Addition of M/A filler can reduce the hardness of ceramic coating,adding 10% of the M/A filler can improve the adhesion of ceramic coating performance,adhesion performance to 1 level.(2)Preparation of nano-sized aqueous ceramic coatings with single particle sizeA series of silica sols and MTMSs with 7nm,12 nm,23nm,59 nm,85nm and 107 nm were prepared under the reaction system of silica sol and siloxane with 7:3,6:4,5:5 reaction system.And the hardness and adhesion properties of the prepared ceramic coatings were tested.The optimum ratio of silica sol and siloxane was determined and the size of silica sol was analyzed influence on characteristics of nano waterborne ceramic coatings.The results show that when the ratio of silica sol to siloxane is 6:4,the ceramic coating prepared with single particle size 85 nm silica sol has better performance,hardness of 8H and adhesion of grade 2.(3)Preparation of mixed particle size nano waterborne ceramic coatingsThe nano-silica sol was mixed with different particle size and different quality,particle size mixing is specifically 59nm/7 nm,59nm/23nm;85nm/7nm,85nm/23,107nm/7 nm,107nm/23 nm,the mixing ratio is specific to 1:1,2:1,3:1,4:1,5:1,and then mixed with five different silica sols into p100 x silica sol.The effects of mixed particle size and mixing ratio on the properties of ceramic coatings were investigated by using mixed silica sol and MTMS under the optimum ratio of 6:4.The effects of mixed particle size and mixing ratio on the properties of ceramic coatings and curing principle of mixed particle size ceramic coating were investigated.Analysis of the test results,when using 85nm/23 nm and p100 x mixed silica sol prepared ceramic coating performance is better,the hardness of 9H,the adhesion of grade 2.(4)Preparation of ceramic coated aluminum veneerThrough the continuous optimization and adjustment of the experiment,the aluminum alloy veneer can be successfully applied to the ceramic curtain wall of the building,and a series of related performance tests were carried out on the ceramic coating according to the national standard.The hardness,adhesion,acid resistance,abrasion resistance,solvent resistance and abrasion resistance of the prepared coatings were tested and their properties were in accordance with national standards.In particular,the hardness of the ceramic coating was 9H(the highest hardness of the pencil)which is much higher than the national standard.Ceramic coated aluminum veneer performance test results show that ceramic coated aluminum veneer to meet the application requirements,there is a certain market value.
