In recent years,the cement concrete pavement develops very fast and it dominant in road construction in our country.However,the quality of joint sealing material is directly related to the lifetime of cement concrete pavement.The merit of joint sealing material is directly related to lifetime of cement concrete pavement.The technical that get both high performance and cheaper joint sealing material is a problem for many researchers.At present,the most widely used is polyurethane sealant in our country.The crossing-linking group of polyurethane sealant is isocyanate that it will be reaction of water and the carbon dioxide will be appeared,it will affect the quality of joint sealant.Fog had limited the normal construction of type polyurethane sealant.The aims of the research is to study out a composite joint sealing material which can construct with water.Preparation of a kind of water-based adhesive compound rubber sealing strip as joint sealing material.At the same time water-soluble hyperbranched polyamine-ester was prepared with modified water-based adhesive,a lot of polar group of water-soluble hyperbranched polymers will increase the bonding strength of joint interface and rubber sealing strip.Also a kind of interface agent was prepared in advance to seam at the grass-roots level,reduce the joint surface structure defects on the adverse impact of the bonding strength of joint sealing material.The joint sealing material not only environmental protection but also simple operation and low cost.The research mainly includes the following aspects:1、The preparation of compound joint sealing materialFirst water-based adhesive was prepared by polymer emulsion and additives,and then the composite 9 different kinds of rubber sealing strip as compound joint sealing material.Bonding strength,high temperature resistant,cold-drawn negative temperature crack resistance,hot pressing,ageing resistance of compound joint sealing material performance test.A principle is put forward through the performance test,polyurethane rubber sealing strip – joint sealing material and natural rubber sealing strip-joint sealing material.2、The synthesis and characterization of water-soluble hyperbranched polyamine-esterAB2 monomer was prepared from succinic anhydride and diisopropanolamine,and use TMP as the core molecular.Then the first,second and third hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyamine–ester were synthesized through controlling the molar ratio between core molecular and AB2 monomer.And then the succinic anhydride was used to modify the hyperbranched polymer to obtain the hyperbranched polymer with terminal carboxyl group.Finally,the first,second and third water-soluble hyperbranched polyamine-ester were prepared by the reaction of diethanol amine with the terminal carboxyl group hyperbranched polymer polyamide-ester solution.The structure of water-soluble hyperbranched polyamine-ester were characterized by the test methods such as infrared spectrum,hydroxyl value determination,element analysis.After analyzing the synthetic product structures are more complete and are the ideal synthetic products.3、Performance test of water-based adhesive after modificationThe WHPAE was added to the aqueous adhesive and tested for the bonging strength of the compound joint sealing material.The results show that the bonging strength of the compound joint sealing material was improved after the modification of the adhesive.When the addition amount of WHPAE G1 is 8%,the addition amount of WHPAE G2 and WHPAE G2 is 6% the bonding strength of the compound joint sealing material is more excellent.4、Preparation and performance test of pavement interface agentThe pavement interfacial agent was prepared by using the different algebraic water soluble hyperbranched polyamide –ester solution,water-based adhesive and water according to the ratio of 1:2:4.The interface agent would be painted on the interface of the joint interface before filling the joint sealing material.The result show that the bonding strength between the joint sealing material and the joint was improved after the interface was treated with the interface with the interface agent.
