As one of the common green materials,wood frameless honeycomb panels have the advantages of light weight,high strength,low cost,and customizable production.However,the application of wood frameless honeycomb panels in furniture production is rare.Among them,the edge sealing process This is one of the main issues that affect its promotion.This paper studies the peel strength of wood frameless honeycomb panels in furniture production,optimizes the peeling detection method,and then uses soft edge banding(PVC as an example)And hard edge banding(aluminum alloy as an example)two categories,respectively,explore the influence of process factors on the peel strength of edge banding,and have a certain positive effect on the optimization of wood frameless honeycomb panels in furniture production.effect.1.The paper firstly analyzes the peel strength test method of edge banding.The peel strength test of soft edge banding is in the relevant industry standard "QB/T 4448-2013 Determination of the peeling strength of soft cladding materials on furniture surface".When the edge strip is bent 180 degrees,the bending strength is greater than the peel strength,which leads to inaccurate test results and the edge band is bent too large and breaks.According to this,a design is designed to ensure that the peeling angle is 90 degrees through two fixed pulleys.Test device for testing.In the relevant industry standard "QB/T 4448-2013 Determination of the Peel Strength of Hard Cladding Materials on Furniture Surfaces",the peeling strength of hard edge banding strips is honeycomb panel shows a decreasing trend.Compared with 25mm thick plate,the average peel strength of 40mm thick plate is 1628N/M,which is a 21%decrease.The main reason is that the peel strength of the surface plate is greater than the peel strength of the core layer.?When using PUR hot-melt adhesive,EVA hot-melt adhesive and polyurethane foam adhesive for edge sealing,the average peel strength of PUR hot-melt adhesive edge sealing is 2762N/M,and the average peel strength of EVA hot-melt adhesive edge sealing is 1629N/M.The average peel strength of styrofoam edge sealing is 773N/M,and the edge sealing process of PUR hot melt adhesive and EVA hot melt adhesive is relatively simple.?As the thickness of PVC edge bands increases,the peel strength of edge bands tends to increase slightly.The average peel strength of 0.8mm thick edge bands is 1629N/M,and the average peel strength of 1.2mm thick edge bands is 1650N/m.When the 2mm thick edge band is peeled off,the bending strength of the edge band has a great influence on the peel strength,and the test result is not entirely the peel strength.After analysis and conclusion,when 1.2mm thick edge banding and PUR hot melt adhesive are used to seal the core layer of 40mm thick plate as the No.1 edge,the peel strength of the plate edge is the highest,and through comparative experiments,the optimal process conditions Below,the peeling strength of wood frameless honeycomb panel is greater than the peeling strength of wood framed honeycomb panel when the traditional edge sealing process is used.3.According to the hard edge banding process of wooden frameless honeycomb panels,four process factors of panel core layer type,panel thickness,adhesive type,and edge band shape are selected for specific research.The 40mm thick honeycomb board is not much different.?When using epoxy resin and white latex to seal the edges,the average peel strength of the epoxy resin edge is 10687N/M,and the average peel strength of the white latex edge is 8075N/M.The curing time of the white latex edge is relatively long..?
