With the upgrade of nation's ocean strategies,the country,many large shipping companies and several research institutes and academies put thousands of human and material resources into marine drilling engineering area in the last ten years.Meanwhile there have been a lot of gratifying achievements making rich experience at design and construction of platform field,such as lightweight design,automation drilling equipment,self-elevating jacking system,development of marine oil and gas artificial lift,high voltage distribution miniaturization etc..Nonetheless,marine engineering is a multidisciplinary system project which needs huge of professional participators to complete,across material,structure,mechanics,mechanical,electric and so on.This field still lacks system integration solutions as well as the interdisciplinary research and exploration.This paper bases on the jacking condition of self-elevating drilling unit and combines with the material,structure,mechanical and electric knowledge to analysis jacking system and structure type of leg and establish the corresponding mechanical model.Meanwhile comparing with the loads estimation report of BHCP-400 unit this paper key researches the load's situation at jacking condition and the potential energy release.Based on the result of structure and mechanics analysis,aimed at jacking condition,this paper will complete power system loads analysis,power flow analysis,harmonic analysis and short current analysis of the unit.Finally this paper will find out the solution of reverse power consumption at jacking condition and finish the electric design to ensure safe and reliable operation of the working condition of jacking condition of the platform.At the end of this paper will complete the design of jacking system test and data collection of self-elevating unit at jacking condition to verify the prophase analysis results.Finally this paper will comb universal conclusions.
