The tubing to provide services for the maintenance of the oil well is squashed,when the blowout of tubing inside the pipe plug accident can not be put into and out of control,you can quickly turn on the wellhead tubing were squashed and closed,can guarantee the smooth construction and accident treatment.Snubbing operation tubing squashed by hydraulic tools will be squashed in the pipe column hole collapse to a certain extent,then somewhere below the flat position in the extrusion tubing,using hot drilling equipment and tools drill a hole,into the plugging materials,in the crowded flat column hole channel blocking plug,then pressure will control the well blowout.In this paper,some mechanical and mechanical characteristics of tubing extrusion under the action of extrusion load are studied.According to the solid mechanics theory of tubing deformation and failure mechanism under radial load,numerical analysis of deformation,when the oil pipe by impact load speed and acceleration,bending moment,strain and other parameters were calculated at the same time.According to the load condition under different working conditions,the corresponding mechanical model of pipe column extrusion is established,and how to avoid cracks and leaks in the pipe during the extrusion process is studied.On the basis of theoretical analysis of the finite element model is established by using ABAQUS,and then the stress analysis of tubing when squashed each position,and the bending degree of tubing in different load.The deformation law of the cross section under the action of load is studied.The results show that the tubing extrusion of tubing with different bending amplitudes affects the tensile stress of the tubing during the flattening process.In the same case,the load intensity of the tubing has also changed.In the three case,the flat tubing does not cause the tubing to rupture.
