With the continuous promotion of the green economy and the increasing emphasis on air quality,the standard of the exhaust emission of the enterprise is continuously improving,and the SCR denitration tower plays a more and more important role in the treatment of industrial waste gas.Due to the limitation of the design of the tower structure,the flow field of the SCR denitration tower is uneven,which leads to the low efficiency of denitrification and the reduction of the service life of the reactor.Therefore,it is of great significance to optimize the flow structure of the tower body.This topic will be 390 thousand m3/h SCR denitration tower as the research object,to optimize the internal flow field of SCR denitration tower equipment uniformity for the purpose of the SCR denitrification tower was simulated by using CFD simulation software,the simulation analysis of the original model,the internal flow field of flue gas distribution,find out the cause of the reaction the deviation coefficient of the internal flow field,and analyzes its influence;Based on the analysis of the influence of the outlet structure of SCR denitration reactor on the uniformity of flue gas and design the wedge plate,by adjusting The size and shape parameters of the wedge plate,the flue gas in the equipment through the internal support column when turbulence is reduced,to avoid damage to the economizer impact,so that the flue gas at the outlet of the deviation coefficient to meet the requirements;At the same time,according to the results of the original model flue velocity field,under design condition of flue baffle number and layout,size and height rectifying grids open hole size effect on velocity deviation,considering the motion in the flue,the pressure loss change situation,get the best combination.Through the research and analysis of many kinds of working conditions,the overall optimization scheme of the inlet and outlet of the SCR denitration tower,the flue bend and the grid is obtained.The results show that the uniformity of flow field in the optimized SCR denitration tower has been greatly improved,and the flue gas deviation coefficient of 200 mm on the surface of the first catalyst is lower than 15%.
