Press vulcanizer is a key equipment for vulcanization of rubber products,whose main function is to provide the temperature and pressure for the technological requirements in vulcanization of rubber products.As the most important performance index,the uniformity of surface temperature field of press vulcanizer heating plate determines the vulcanization quality of rubber products.This paper aims at the problem of rubber product quality hidden danger caused by the small area of temperature field uniformity(effective heating zone)in the heating plate of the existing flat vulcanizer,which makes the vulcanizing mould can not be put into the effective heating zone completely.In this paper,we propose to use ANSYS software to establish the heat transfer model of the heating plate and achieve finite-element simulation analysis of the external temperature field of the hot plate is completed to determine its distribution.The simulation results were verified by scientific temperature measurement method,and the effect of simulation analysis method was proved,which can effectively improve uniformity of temperature field for target plate heating machine.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Using the method of simulation test,we use ANSYS software to simulate the physical model of heating plate of press vulcanizer and obtain the temperature distribution map and effective heating area of heating plate surface temperature field of press vulcanizer.(2)According to the opearating principle of press vulcanizer and the role of press vulcanizer in vulcanization process of rubber products,we design the temperature uniformity test system for heating plate of press vulcanizer and confirm the test plan.Then we compare the actual test results with the simulation results to verify the correctness of the simulation model.(3)According to the principle of orthogonal experiment,we design experiment plan to change the power parameter distribution of electric heating tube and obtain temperature distribution nephogram and effective heating zone area of hot plate surface of plate vulcanizer under different power parameters,so as to observe which power parameters of electric heating tube affect the area of effective heating area on the heating plate.(4)We analyze the range and variance of orthogonal test data.Based on this,we conduct F test for the significance of the factors and conclude the main factors that influence the effective heating zone of plate press vulcanizer and the best combination.Finally,the effective heating area of the target press vulcanizer was enlarged from 0.068m~2to 0.130 m~2,and the uniformity of the heating plate temperature field was reduced from 2.61? to 2.44?.
