Raman spectroscopy has rich information,Raman shift has nothing to do with the incident light frequency,analyzing the advantages of high efficiency,low sample consumption,Raman spectra identification for rapid accurate testing explosives provides a new method,in chemistry,polymer and biology,and other fields has been more and more widely used.Spectral peak recognition technology as a Raman spectrum to identify the most important steps in the process of material,the related algorithms and theory of Raman spectrum detection and recognition in the field of research hot spots.This paper has carried out based on the correlation coefficient and local signal-tonoise ratio of the Raman spectral peak recognition research work,the relevant model was established,through matlab simulation and optimize the model parameters,complete the hardware and software design of the spectral peak recognition module,set the Raman system test platform,completed the experimental verification.Paper main research content includes:1.This paper summarizes the Raman spectroscopy technology development trends at home and abroad,this paper expounds the significance and the application prospect of Raman spectral peak recognition,this paper gives the local signal-to-noise ratio and correlation coefficient of the basic theory of Raman spectral peak recognition and calculation method.2.Selecting the appropriate scale for sliding correlation operation,further combining the local signal-to-noise ratio,establishes the spectral peak recognition model.The optimized model parameters were optimized by simulation,and the accuracy of the algorithm was improved.3.Adopting c # language to complete the software interface design of the Raman spectra identification module;In hardware design,using Verilog language programming,the ModelSim simulation verifies the effectiveness of the spectral peak identification module.4.The experiment platform of the Raman system was set up,and the experimental design was completed,and the test results verified the feasibility and validity of the algorithm.
