Silicon wax was a kind of material which had the properties of both organic silicon and wax,it had good smooth and affinity,According to properties of wax based silicon wax was divided into water soluble silicone wax and organic silicon wax.For water soluble silicone wax,the presence of hydrophilic polyether groups in the molecule reduced the surface tension of the aqueous solution and had good spreading properties.For organic silicone wax,in virtue of the presence of hydrophobic long chain alkyl chains,it had good hydrophobicity and lubricity.By introducing polyether groups,amino groups and carboxyl groups into the silicon wax structure,it was further modified to impart good water solubility,foaming,emulsification,softness,moisture absorption and smoothness of silicone wax products,Thereby the application scope of the silicone wax products in different fields of daily chemical and textile finishing was widened.In view of this,the contents of this paper were as follows:?1?Study on preparation and properties of non ionic beads of water soluble polyether silicone wax?PSW?Firstly,in chloroplatinic acid isopropyl alcohol solution?H2PtCl6?,four methyl siloxane ring four?D-4H?and allyl polyoxyethylene methoxy ether?AEM?as raw materials was prepared the nonionic cyclic water-soluble polyether silicone wax?PSW-D?.And then under the action of H2 Pt Cl6,by the end of the vinyl polysiloxane oligomer?VPS?and D4 H through the addition of hydrogen to form a bead like skeleton structure.Finally,the water soluble polyether AEM was grafted onto the beaded framework by the same method,and the water soluble polyether polysiloxane PSW.The molecular structure of PSW-D and PSW was characterized by infrared spectroscopy?FT-IR?.The particle size,phase solubility,dispersion,surface tension,foaming ability and emulsifying power of PSW-D and PSW were studied.The effects of the content of vinyl group in VPS,the degree of polymerization of poly two methyl in VPS and themolecular weight of AEM on the application performance of PSW were discussed.The results showed that with the decrease of molecular weight of AEM,the surface tension of PSW decreased from 26.54mN/m to 25.84mN/m,and the critical micelle concentration decreased from 0.55g/L to 0.4g/L.The emulsifying property of PSW was better than that of traditional nonionic emulsifier AEO-3 and AEO-9,and had good foaming and foam stability.However,compared with the commercially available BT-3050 water soluble silica wax products,PSW series of foam and foam stability was relatively poor,but also need to continue to improve.When the vinyl content was 0.3mmol/g,the degree of VPS polymerization was 20,the molecular weight of AEM was about800,and the PSW was the best.?2?Research on preparation and properties of anionic beaded water soluble polyether silicone wax?MPASW?With vinyl sealing side polysiloxane?VPS?and siloxane ring body?D-4H?containing Si-H keys of oligomers through silicon hydrogenation addition to form the beaded structure,and then on the beaded structure also through silicon hydrogenation addition method on the grafting of water-soluble polyoxyethylene ether compounds?APEG/AEM?to get beaded water-soluble polyether polysiloxane?PASW?.Finally,it reacted with maleic anhydride?MAn?to get a kind of anionic beaded water-soluble polyether silicon wax?MPASW?.And the chemical structure of PSW were analyzed with FTIR,in addition,I discussed the factors affecting application performances of MPASW,such as the mole ratio of allyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether APEG with allyl polyether AEM,the molecular weight of APEG,the number of carboxyl and so three factors were discussed.The results showed that the solution of the critical micelle concentration of MPASW was 0.5g/L,surface tension minimum was 26.61mN/m.the foaming performance of MPASW was worse than anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate SDS,but better than cationic surfactants 1831,And when the mole ratio of allyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether APEG with allyl polyether AEM was 4:2,the molecular weight of APEG was 600,the mole ratio of maleic anhydride MAn with allyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether APEG was 1:1,the spreadability and moist feeling of MPASW was best.?3?Study on preparation and application of bead shaped long chain alkylpolyether anionic beaded organic silicone wax?MPA?In the first place,in chloroplatinic acid isopropyl alcohol solution?H2PtCl6?,the side chain hydrogen containing silicone oil?PHMS?,alpha-dodecylene?DOD?and allyl polyether compounds as raw materials was prepared with nonionic long-chain alkyl polyether silicone wax?PA?.In the next place,the hydroxyl terminated long chain alkyl polyether silicone wax PA2 was reacted with maleic anhydride to prepare long chain alkyl polyether anionic beaded organic silicone wax?MPA?.In the first place,the PA and MPA were respectively used in the combination of ASO silicone emulsion by two steps.And the chemical structure of PA1,PA2,MPA were analyzed with FTIR,1H-NMR.Then scanning electron microscopy?FE-SEM?and atomic scanning electron microscopy?AFM?were used to observe and analyze the surface morphology and crystal surface of the treated fabrics,meanwhile studying properties and application of different factors of fabric.The results showed that when n?Si-H?:n?C=C?=1:1.05,the reaction time was 1h,the amount of the complex platinum catalyst was 0.004% of the reactants mass,and the amount of solvent was the best condition for the synthesis of PA.When the mass concentration of ASO was 1%,the dosage of MPA emulsion was 20g/L,n?DOD?:n?AAP?=6:4,AAP polyether molecular weight was 1600,the curing temperature was 160,the baking time was 90 s,The MPA and ASO composite silicon emulsion enabled to significantly improve the fabric smoothness,softness,moisture absorption,and the degree of dialogue had little influence.
